I couldn't find where your seldom mentioned characters post was Roger, so I just put this here. Charlie Wooten had just painted double lines on a dirt road and the Dukes crossed the freshly painted double lines in " Pin the Tail On The Dukes." I can't remember Charlie anywhere else but I'm sure the Dukes knew him from way back just like everybody knows everybody from way back in Hazzard! ( This is one of the things I like best about the show and about Hazzard!....kinda like where I'm from!) In this episode, I can't remember where I've seen him before, but the guy who played Hector Farley, looks familiar.

Hey y'all!! I don't know if many of y'all have noticed but I haven't been around for a while. I went off to the Gaeltacht (Irish college) for a week, I was meant to be there for three weeks but I only managed one week. I'm doing basic Irish in school, and while I'm good at it when I went away I was completely lost and could barely manage a conversation with anyone. So I had to pull out after a week. When I got home I began clearing out the accumulated bikes and scrap parts I had in my garden and garage. I'm now down to my last pile of junk, and have finally got things organized in my garage. I'm hoping to take my family to Cooter's place soon. I saw that Catherine Bach is going to be in Luray on May 14/15. There is also a car show that weekend. I'd love to meet both Cooter and Daisy on the same trip, but I'm a little concerned about the crowds. Have any of you been to one of these events, and if so, how were the crowds. If it's so busy that you can't get through the line to meet Daisy or Cooter, then maybe it would be better to go on a "non special" weekend and just meet Cooter in a more relaxed atmosphere. Hi fans, New forum writer here. I posted in another section saying that I am new here, but have been watching the show since it was new on TV. I have met Tom Wopat in person while he was doing a show in Michigan. I asked him if he is doing anything with John. He didn't know. That was back in 1989. (Tom freguents a theater in Augusta, MI) read about it on a website!!! The theater is only 1 hour drive from me. So, right now...I want to find out if anybody is traveling to Cooter's place to meet any of the other characters? Let me know..

I've decided to start a section ( because I'm not sure where the other posts are!), about the other citizens of Hazzard County, the ones that you never see anything of after a brief appearance or a brief mention ( without even showing them!) . This will help us keep in mind the supposedly unimportant characters that make up Hazzard and give it a much more real feel and a fuller character/foundation. 1. Fuzzy- " Hazzard Connection" - The guy Rosco hollered at, to hurry up and take the cars apart, searching for Boss's evidence!

For a long time now I've tried to convince my family and friends that the Dukes of Hazzard is not a ficticious television show with actors. It's reality. There really is a Hazzard County and all them folks you see on it were just being themselves while they were being filmed....just like on modern reality shows. After all these years I finally heard a quote that proves it. (I've heard this quote before but I guess it didn't sink in) It comes from Luke and it's when a Hollywood producer was trying to get the Dukes to come to California to be in a film.
