Hey guys I just had a funny thought. I am a big Nascar fan and I notice that the army's car is #01. Now normally I wouldn't make a big deal about this kind of thing, but I got to thinking.. Is this "Carnal Lee?" I know from history that General Lee was a carnal in the Union army before becoming the Confederate general so as a joke I started to call this car "Carnal Lee.".. So what ya think?

Mother's day on Sunday, is everybody ready for Mother's day.

There are already bloopers on the Season 6 dvd set and it's not even out yet! Has anyone noticed the cover? There's a BLACK flag AND no GENERAL LEE on the roof! DOH!!!!!!!!!!! We should start a blooper section on this website just for fun!

I saw a commercial tonight for The Walking Dead. It was about fans coming together and becoming friends over the show. One of the fans said something along the lines of "I've created a family out of a tv show." Well, Dukes fans have been doing that for FORTY years! I know I'm not around here as often, but you all have helped me through some tough times. You're my Dukes family.

On Friday... UTEP (The University of Texas at El Paso) had their homecoming parade. My husband works for the university so naturally he had a front row seat to the festivities. Among the old time cars and mustangs that were featured was one he had to mention... At the front of the parade was a familiar site.. a orange stock car with big 01 on the side... yup! The General Lee in all its glory, complete with Dixie horn and big Confederate flag) was the leader! The driver behind it periodically blasted the Dixie horn, much to the amusement of the gathered crowd... I just thought that was pretty cool and I had to share it! Jax

Just Wondering, with all the seasons of the Dukes making their way onto DVD, does anybody think they'll put the Reunion movies on DVD as well? Or maybe they'll put it on the final season as a special feature Any thoughts? P.S. sorry if someone else posted this already but i did not have time to check and see

Ok I'm excited, I don't know if anyone else knows this, but the Dukes is officially avaliable to buy on itunes and download onto your ipod if it plays video!! I've been sending in request after request for the series to be put on there for about a year and finally its here! Season 1 and 2 although I think they got the seasons mixed up because Carnival of Thrills parts 1 and 2 are in with season 2 :S But yeah! I think this is a major breakthrough for the Dukes and Dukes fans everywhere all around the world!! WOOO!!

I like how Deputy Barney Fife sorts mail in Mayberry North Carolina in The Andy Griffith Show. He's sitting near the trash can. He rattles off who it's for and if it's for "Occupant." He drops it in. I heard that Catherine Bach is going to be in my neck of the woods soon but don't have any more information than that. I googled her website but was unable to find anything out from it. My computer skills are pretty bad so I was wondering if someone else could find out her schedule of public appearances. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks. By the way, my "neck of the woods" is northwest Pennsylvania and northeast Ohio.
