Hey guys I was watching Daisy's Shotgun Wedding earlier and noticed that the Beaudry's shack is located in Lake Sherwood.And from various shots it seems like the shack is located behind the Duke barn.I can't do any screen caps because it's on video but if someone could post a couple of screen caps during the fight scene at the end,its when Luke goes to grab Pa Beaudry and pushes him out of the way to go for the brother. Someone might be able to recognise the former farm location from the shot of Bo and Luke flying by in the ultralights.

I think I've seen this with other episodes too but on "Dukes in Danger" I noticed that Luke was turning the 4-way wrench the wrong way. Is this an error or do 1969 Chargers have left handed threads on their lug nuts?

I've always wondered in the Pilot episode if anyone noticed the man standing on the side of the road, cowboy style, dressed all in black (the camera is moving fast so it's blurred even if you watch it in slow mo) looking kinda like a Johnny Cash type when Bo and Luke are driving to the Boar's Nest the first time after leaving "lil' Jilly Ray Dobson" at Uncle Jesse's house? After reading another thread asking if you've ever cried during an episode, I am motivated to ask this question. If you could pick a single scene that put you in Hazzard Heaven, what would it be? I considered the opening scene from season one, episode one. I also thought of the time that the Dukes accepted Boss into their home at the end of "The Great Santa Claus Chase" but my favorite Hazzard Heaven moment came when the boys walked in the door of the Boar's Nest in "Welcome Back Bo 'n Luke". I'm smiling from ear to ear right now just thinking about it.

Hey everyone....today I am getting my first car..it happens to be a used one. It is a 1990 Mercury Topaz. I'm gonna take whatever decals that are on it now off of it and trying to find a couple DOH or even No.01 decals and putting on it. I'm gonna basically be showing everyone that I am a DOH fan around here. It's gonna look kool when I get it done exactly how I want it. The only thing is it ain't black and it ain't orange but it is blue. But thats alright. Just thought I'd let u all know about me getting my own car. Braveheart

Hi all i'm new on this sight, I bought a 69 charger a few years ago and bought it up from down south. I just got it out of storage a little bit ago to do a frame off resto and found under all the layers of paint the first one over the stock collar is General lee orange.... my car also has what's left of a tan interior so it got me thinking i should see if i can find out if it was on the show or not before i build it. Hey everyone here at H-Net. It has been too long for me not to be on here. Have had a lot going on this year with work and family. And it is all good. First off - I got a promotion for my company back in June. I was transfered from Long Island to Ann Arbor , Michigan(company headquarters). Big change. I moved out here immediately while my wife and kids stayed trying to sell our house in NY. Well that hasn't turned out so well, real estate market is horrible. They came out Labor Day weekend and found a bigger apartment so my kids could start school and not transfer in the middle of the year. Many younger Duke fans don't know about the 1981 "Dukes of Hazzard Soundtrack" but I'd like to explain the historical (or as Rosco would say "hysterical") significance this had on the show. This 8-track or cassette was the best connection us fans had with the Dukes except for Friday night . We played it over and over because there was no other way to hear a Dukes story being told and we were so thirsty for anything from Hazzard County (in addition to the "toys" that we owned and the pictures from magazines we cherished). I remember a couple of years ago i saw on youtube behind the scenes rare videos of season 7 miniature/scale models test shots. Any of you has that stuff ? i would love to see it again Pictures and info would be cool too ! Where are those models now ? i have never seen them auctioned or something like that Thanks guys

Hey Y'all Did anyone watch the Outlaws concert on CMT ? Hank Jr, Kid Rock, Gretchen Wilson, Big & Rich , Lynyrd Skynyrd, James Hetfield (Metallica)Montgomery Gentry, Shooter Jennings, Jessi Colter, Tanya Tucker performed . It got me to thinking that this could be pretty much on what the Dukes movie soundtrack should have on it. Kid Rock did a country version of Queen's Fat Bottom Girls ...I kinda liked it...the only performance I was not thrilled about was Tanya Tucker singing Me And Bobby McGee.... Did you know there's 2 ways of making Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. 1. Butter 2. Mayonnaise I like both ways. Mayonnaise cooks faster. With Mayonnaise I never have to readjust my sandwiches on the heat. Butter I have to move them around to toast evenly.

March 14-15, 2009 sees a return of the annual POW Days program at Andersonville NHP, Georgia after a two year hiaitus. On the Fox Atlanta interview that John gave the week before the 30th anniversary Dukesfest he said that the first part of the show was shot in Conyers, Covington and Social Circle, Georgia about twenty miles or so east-southeast of Atlanta. Well, that's on the way down there to Andersonville from the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC. So, can anyone make any recommendations on how to tour the areas where Dukes of Hazzard was shot at the beginning part of the TV show? Is there a museum nearby? Can anyone recommend restuarants nearby? Thanks !

I've decided to start a section ( because I'm not sure where the other posts are!), about the other citizens of Hazzard County, the ones that you never see anything of after a brief appearance or a brief mention ( without even showing them!) . This will help us keep in mind the supposedly unimportant characters that make up Hazzard and give it a much more real feel and a fuller character/foundation. 1. Fuzzy- " Hazzard Connection" - The guy Rosco hollered at, to hurry up and take the cars apart, searching for Boss's evidence!

My thoughts and prayers are going out to all those who participated in the today's marathon in Boston where several bombs went off in different locations. So far a couple are dead and over twenty others hurt. Just incredibly sad and scary for everyone involved, watching, the police/paramedics/fire fighters, and their families. I can't even begin to imagine what they are now going through. A lot of people who are in marathons are in there not only to work out or to lose weight but also to raise money for charity or to bring awareness to cancers and other sorts. They give their time, effort, and talent to these charities and this is how they are repaid? Just incredibly sad…

OK here's my problem, I'm having trouble naming my car, so I would like some suggestions. Alittle about my car; It's a 1972 Volkswagon beetle convertible Orange with some black, and has a black convertible top. So far I have only come up with one name, Comet, which I don't really know about, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and I will tell y'all what I decide on later.
