Hey y'all I've recently started watching Fall Guy, and developed an extreme love for the truck. For anyone who's unfamiliar with the show, here's a picture of the Goliath of a truck Look at it!! Its what all pickups should be like. Massive wheels and tires, roll bar, push bar and winch. Seen as I'm probably never going to be able to build one, I've done the next best thing and decided to build a bike version!! "oh no here we go again", I hear you say. I began searching for a decent donor on Wednesday, and by Friday had found one. I got it delivered earlier today. Heres a picture of it before I touched it. It's a top of the range off roading bike, costing several hund…

Hey y'all My neighbours are moving to England in a month, and they were clearing out their garage today. As I was coming home from school I passed a dumpster outside their house, and saw a bike lying on top of a pile of junk. My family is good friends with theirs, but I asked them if I could have the bike before ai took it. It wasn't in brilliant shape,it's slightly scraped and rusty, but the gears and brakes don't work. At this point in my life I've riden every type of bike there is (including a unicycle). Well every type with the exception of a tandem bike. For those who don't know what a tandem bike is it's a bike that two people can ride at the same time Unfortuna…

Hey y'all It was suggested to me back in November that I call my white ladies racer Dixie. Somehow Dixie just didn't seem right for that bike. I recently got back into recumbent bikes. They're bikes that you sit back on and the pedals are infront of the handlebars. Unfortunately they are really expensive so I decided to build one myself. Here's a picture of what I'm basing mine on I started searching,an found someone selling three kids bikes for €20 total! The one on the left is going to supply the handlebars, pedals, front forks, chain and wheel. The middle one is going to be the main bike that I sit on. The one on the right is going to donate it's axles to help hold …

Hey y'all I'm 17 soon, and in Ireland when you're 17 you're are able to apply for your driving test. I've driven quite a bit before in big parking lots and on a beach, and my parents seem confident that I can pass my test (I wish I could be as sure as them haha!) Unfortunately both my parents drive 2 litre cars, and rely on them to get them to and from work. The same make and model as my dads car The same make and model as my moms car. I was speaking to my parents the other night about borrowing their cars, and we struck up a deal. Because there cars have relatively big and thirsty engines, and only Boss Hogg would be able to afford to insure me with either of the cars, …

Hey y'all. You'll probably laugh at me for this but my pride and joy isn't your standard General Lee. My General is a push bike! But when I first got it it was in similar condition to the General Lee in Happy Birthday General Lee.Its frame was bent at the front (its a former stunt bike so that's not too surprising),the ball bearings were non existent, and part of the frame had rusted away. The previous owner explained that he stopping using it about 8 years ago, after he had bent the frame, and that the bike was about 20 years old. I bought it for €20 (about $35 i think),which was probably way more than I should have paid for it. As soon as I got it back to my garage,I immed…

This is my favorite car that I have owned so far at least this one is american made and I love it as much as if it was a General Lee and been working on undercoating it with POR 15 and putting Castrol GTX High Mileage Oil in her and she's been running like a champ since I bought her 2yrs ago and have. Can not wait for summer weather to come so I can start undercoating her with POR 15 which is extremely good at stopping rust. I have just hit 77,450 miles with her, the only thing I have replaced is the exhaust hanger and gotta replace the Blower Motor Resistor as soon as I can.

My first car that my dad bought me for my 16th birthday was a 1966 Ford Mustang GT (is there any other?) It was maroon with dark red leather and wood interior. She wore wide white letter tires with real wire hub caps and she was powered by a 289 high performance engine with a 4 barrel carberator. She looked good and was fast too! I really loved that car and actually drove her for about 6 years before my dad bought me a 1973 Chevrolet Nova (that I fell in love with at first sight!) But we kept the mustang in the family and my dad drove her for another 6 years.

I noticed in The Ghost of the General Lee, and I think in a few other episodes too, there is a white Chevy Impala; in The Ghost episode it's parked downtown when the General is 'driving itself'. Can anyone tell me for sure if this is a '65? It looks like a '65 four door, which is a hard to find car. My brother had a '65 Chevy Impala four door; he passed away a few years back at 19. We still have his car, and we collect anything we can that is a '65 Impala - especially if it's a four door. Just a random thought, if anyone wanted to give some feedback.

It's official! I have decided that when I win the lottery (It's no longer a question of 'if' it's when! LOL) I'm gonna go do some serious car shopping! My first purchase would be a 1970 Mustang Boss 302 Next would probably be the General! (Duh!! LMAO!) Then a 2010 Ford F-150 Raptor SVT (Purdy & sporty truck!) Then, if I still have the desire to stick with the ranch, (which, if you know anything about the situation up here in Alberta, it's very unlikely) I'd probably step out and buy a John Deere 8530 front wheel assist for feeding the cows and putting the crop in and pulling the silage chopper. That's what I'd do! lol.. Hows bout y'all? What are your plans for whe…

Hey Y'all! Okay... I need help. If there's anyone out there that is knowledgeable about vehicles, please help! Okay, I have a 1982 (I think!) Ford Bronco XLT. Right now it's in a state of slight disrepair. Basically where should I start? Last time I looked (last summer ) it did start, but I'm not sure. Its just an old farm truck, so the battery gets removed and it gets parked behind the barn for the winter. But anyways, it "clunks" when you drive it (it is a manual transmission, four wheel drive) And the liner on the ceiling is falling down. I am working on gluing it back up, or something. (I don't know how to work on cars... most I've done is add some gas/oil and pump …

This is kinda like a sister thread to 'Rosco as a Valet' in the fact it's supposed to be humorous and bring some laughs. These are road signs and parking signs that I swear, would be right at home in Hazzard! hmm... I wonder if Bo and Luke just flew by... Yup... I'm sure at least a few of these can be found in Hazzard....

here's one for y'all... Was Rosco trying to make some extra money by playing Vallet? That is a definite Rosco park job... or at least done by the Hazzard Law.
