Look at the eyes of Bo, Daisy and Luke, on the cover of season 2's DVD....notice Tom Wopat's eyes! You think he is VERY sleepy or buzzed, drunk or....?? Ever notice this? I mean I guess we all know Tom is a boozer...so....???

Do y'all think in The Dukes of Hazzard Reunion movie(1997), if the Dukes would've raced Cam and Riker during the General Lee's test run, maybe Cam wouldn't have made them flip over? Maybe he made them flip over because they refused to race him?

That farmer in Season 1 Deputy Dukes, who got his truck door knocked off, you know he took to long to get out and get into the Springville Hotel. That's why that happened. When he drove away and came back later, he wasted time sitting there looking both ways before even opening the door to get out. But then, he wasted more time standing there looking both ways again after getting out. He had plenty enough time to step down shut the door and make it to the hotel safely before Bo Luke and the bad guys returned again.

I just got gone watching "The Great Santa Claus Chase" and will watch the Dukes cartoon Christmas show when my grandkids come over tomorrow. I hope everybody has a very merry Christmas and as Boss says at the end of the episode "And God bless us every one."

I think it's nice, that here in Hazzard, you can say stuff and nobody thinks you're weird or you don't have to explain what you mean or what you're talking about, because everybody in Hazzard knows all the episodes! It's great! We have our own little world here ( called Hazzard) which is about as close to perfect as any can be! We're all close and it's really like " Home"

I have noticed in Season 1 One Armed Bandits, this bikini fit her perfectly. But in Season 4 Nothin' But the Truth, the bottom part of her right breast hung out from under the bottom of the bikini top. I'm probably NOT the ONLY male to catch this. Now, did she fill out more by Nothin' But the Truth, or was her right breast just slightly larger than the left one? What do y'all think?

What is everyone's feelings on the episodes, of which there were quite a few, where a cast member would either play an identical twin of a character, or the character would have an "alter ego" change of personality? Did you like them, or did you feel they were too silly an stretched the credibility of the series; and what was the best and worst of such episodes? About a year ago I made a definitive list of all such episodes, but I though I'll let other members try to name the episodes before I give the list.

Hey y'all I had a bit of a Dukes day today. I watched mostly season 4 episodes. Amongst other episodes I watched "Sound of Music Hazzard Style","Dear Diary" and "Cletus Falls in Love". I don't know if this has been brought up before but did anyone notice the chase music at the start of "Dear Diary" and "Cletus Falls in Love" sounds really similar to "Object of My Affection" by Mickey Gilley at the start of "Sound of Music Hazzard Style"? Can anyone else hear the similarities or is it just me? In my opinion I think it's possible that Mickey Gilley recorded the "Object of My Affection" instrumental for the Dukes,especially since the episodes seemed to filmed so close toget…

I just found this website through Yahoo and it's great to see a "Dukes of Hazzard", I've been a fan of the show since 1980, and it's great to see "The Dukes" back on CMT! When the show first came out I was looking forward to Friday evenings on CBS because I always had a huge crush on "Daisy" and thats what kept me watching! I've always liked the episodes with Boss's maybe-even-crookeder nephew Hughie Hogg. He was always an enjoyable character, and was good to have a younger character of Bo / Luke / Daisy's own sort of age, but with Boss's cunning, for them to tackle once in a while. What is everyone's favourite (and least favourite) Hughie episodes? Why does The Dukes of Hazzard General Lee 1969 Dodge Charger cars sometimes have an aftermarket mirror on the driver's door that looks different from the factory mirror?

Am I wrong , or was there a particular movie that the DOH tv series was based on? I was only 9-10 at the time, but i swear that I remember hearing that. I even remember seeing parts of a movie that it was said that the show was based on. It was a serious movie. Not a comedy. Can anyone help? cd

I have always been curious as to why they never did a flashback story on when Bo , Luke, and Daisy ended up at the farm and I know that Bo and Luke were little babies when they came to the farm because in A Baby For The Dukes", Uncle Jesse says that Bo and Luke were about that size. Daisy was six when she came I would have really liked to have seen an episode like that. :p

Is it just me, or do the first episodes seem alot darker that the rest? I think those were better shows. It got pretty silly there at the end.

Now, is it just me, or has CMT not been showing the Dukes as much as they have before?? I thought the schedule was 7 PM, Monday through Friday??? It seems like in the past two weeks, every night I turned CMT on, at 7, there was something else on, anything but the Dukes.....is CMT trying to cut back on the Dukes? You don't think they'd possibly take them off syndication?? I will be pretty darn mad if they do!! I think it's safe to say the Dukes are still their highest rated show, if not then one of the highest! Bo & Luke had a Cobra 78X in the General, but I don't know what everyone else used. I have always planned to search the episodes to put together a complete history on this, but I have yet to do so. Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has heard any rumors about what happened on the show, whether it was about the cars, what happened on set or others related to the show. One that I heard a few years ago I used 'torment' my Chrysler mad friend with, was there was a field where all the retired Generals were parked, just rusting away (we know this isn't true of course). Another one that I read about was there was a General at the bottom of one of the ponds from filming that is still there. Does anyone else have any to add? Cheers Brad
