Dukes of Hazzard fans... I discovered something now I have to check the series for this. The 2 versions of Racing For Home PS and PC and PS Daisy Dukes It Out you see the bottom of the Waylon beard. After the 1st couple of guitar plucks. During the first couple plucks of the guitar his head nods down and the bottom of beard is seen. Now I have to look for that in the show cuz I never noticed. Since it's the same footage in the game, it's probably there in the series too?

Did y'all know Coy and Vance dolls were made from Bo and Luke using replacement heads? The cards remained labeled Bo n Luke.

I have been watching the Dukes of Hazzard all the time for the past week or so. I like a lot of shows and my number 01 favorite show often changes but my number 01 favorite show is the Dukes of Hazzard. I watch at somewhere between 4-9 episodes a day. I've used to watch this about 10 years ago, I had stopped watching it. I forget why, think it was taken off the air or something. about a month or 2 ago, I had stated watching it again. I think it's the best show of the 80's.

Has anybody, besides me, got/read Ben Jones' book, Redneck Boy In The Promise Land, The confessions of Crazy Cooter. ? I've got it and it's ok but no big deal. Hope this might make for an interesting thread for the more hardcore 'nit picker' fans (a dedicated group of which I proudly consider myself to be!) As we know, continuity from episode to episode in the Dukes was (sadly) fairly rare. After each average episode was over, the reset button was effectively pressed; things seldom affected future episodes* and there is rarely reference back to events of specific previous episodes. But there are a few exceptions, and I thought it would be fun to gather them. I’m not sure how to change the size, or if that’s possible...but it does get old never being able to post a photo. But, the original town square & courthouse in Covington, Georgia that was first used as the Hazzard town square, was later seen in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986) as the town of Crystal Lake—Jason Vorhees’ stomping/chopping grounds.

This one should been the one put out in the theaters. Better cast. General Lee was great. Bo(Jonathan Bennett)and Luke(Randy Wayne)look like Tom and John.

Sorry for repeating this thread but I lost the thread where I originally posted about the dukes of Hazzard desktop theme. I downloaded it but it didnt download any different than when I had earlier versions of windows so I didnt get all the components on my computer such as shut down screen ect. Bo Duke turns 55 tomorrow (April 8). Think about this for a second. Since Uncle Jesse was born in 1920 he was 59 in 1979 when the show first came out. This means that Bo is only 4 years away from being Jesse's age! By the way, I turn 55 just 7 days after Bo so that's why I think about these things.

If you could spend one hour in Hazzard with just one character from the the show who would it be and what would you do? (Remember this is a family site so be nice...LOL)

I notice they do that a lot, and don't see anyone do this in real life until a couple months ago, I seen seem teenagers sitting on the car door. I used to do that sometimes until my Dad said it looks silly, and isn't polite or something like that.

Y'all should check out this guy's channel. He made a great point about the reason he thinks the show is not allowed to be on in reruns anymore. He thinks it's not only the flag fiasco, but the positive message the show puts out as a whole. That message being the government doesn't want its people to know that we can stand up and fight for what's right against a corrupt system. I whole heartedly agree with him!

I'm having a problem with disc 2 of season one....the problem is with The Big Heist and Limo One is Missing . It freezes multiple times during T.B.H and won't even play Limo 1. I've watched this DVD before with no problems but now..... I've cleaned it with soap and water twice and even had my dad clean it....There doesn't seem to be any scratches but there are teany tiny specs/spots that don't wash off...on both sides....but only a problem with one side......uggg....so annoying! Oh more annoyingness...this DVD plays fine in the livingroom but not in my room or on my moms computer...does that make any sense!?! Ok I'm done ranting and raving now (maybe). Anyway does anyone…

Favorite filming locations... Hazzard County #1 GA or Hazzard County #2 CA? I love both. But Hazzard County #1 GA is the best one.
