Possibly Deputy Cletus Hogg in the PlayStation 2 and Xbox game The Dukes of Hazzard Return of the General Lee

It's not Rick Hurst's Deputy Cletus Hogg from the TV series voice in The Dukes of Hazzard Return of the General Lee PlayStation 2 and Xbox. But that Deputy in this scene, is it supposed to be Deputy Cletus Hogg? 

Deputy:"Miss Daisy, I can't let you into Boss's office." 

Daisy:"Not even a tiny weenie little peek? I promise I won't be long." Deputy:"Ain't nothin' in the world gonna move me from this door Miss Daisy." (Dixie horn outside the Boars Nest.)

Deputy:"Those durn Dukes, I'll git 'em!"

None of the likenesses are great in that game, but that deputy looks more like Burt Reynolds and doesn't sound like Cletus.
