One of my favorite episodes. First use of Jessup Road, Cooter's Farm. Rosco back from the police station! =) Has an interesting blooper toward the end - Luke and Sam jump off the truck into the convertible, both of them have orange suits. hi guys, I notice that when you watch on CMT that it was one hour short but on DVD more long hours any know notice some missing uncut some thing not on 2 hours not same as on DVD as well any you guys notice? thanks

Once the second season DVD comes out in two weeks, everyone can watch the episodes in the order that they make sense. The original airdates were really messed up: for instance, we see Daisy driving her jeep in "Arrest Jesse Duke", but we don't see her getting the jeep as a present until a couple of weeks later in "The Runaway". In some episodes, you didn't know whether she was going to be driving the plymouth or the jeep. Same goes with Rosco's and Cooter's replacements. You didn't know whether Rosco or Cooter were going to be in the episode or their replacements (even though both sets of replacements weren't in the same episode). So how do you define an episode? The DVD set lists Carnival of Thrills as one episode but I think it should count as two. Does anybody know if the DVDs agree with what Warner Brother's definition of an episode is?

I kid you not, I saw an episode where Luke actually climbed into the General in the conventional way (ie. opening the doors), and I was wondering if anyone could remember the episode name where that happened. I think it was in season 2 and they were using the bows and arrows or dynamite and he was running back to the car and they were about to take off before something blew up. I can't for the life of me remember the episode, though. Anyone know which one I'm talking about and is there more than one episode where bloopers like that happened?

I love this episode it is really good and It's also really sad when enos jumps in the lake to get bo and luke and comes up with luke's pants and bo's shirt then when rosco tells uncle jesse, daisy, and cooter that's really sad i cried when i saw that, but i really like the episode!! it's really funny when they scare rosco while he's in his office!! Did anyone else cry during this episode??

I just love hearing those boys sing! Their voices mingle so well together. Adding Daisy, Uncle Jesse, and Cooter was a nice touch too. It shows that Cooter really is an honorary member of the family since they were introduced as the Duke Family Singers or something like that. And poor Rosco, he really thought he'd made Boss disappear! How sad was that. I really liked this episode, especially the singing.

I'm researching a film of my book STuart, a life backwards, to be produced by BBC and HBO this autumn, which features an episode from the Dukes, but I can't remember which one it is. In the scene, Stuart is watching the Dukes on his television and a car shoots into the air off the road, after a watermelon has been dropped on the windscreen from a helicopter, then the car crashes into a shallow lake. Does this ring any bells with anyone? Thank you.

This season seven episode condensed what could have been a 1h45m movie to simply 45mins with the Dukes and it was awesome! Anyone who's never seen the show, but loves or enjoys Westerns can watch this and feel right at home. Plus, it was pretty dang cool to see John Schneider dressed as a cowboy and doing a Western.

This may have been posted before, and if this is information brought up before I apologize. But, I remember watching this episode when it originally aired when I was really little, and I have seen it several times in reruns and on my DVD set a few times. And all the times I have seen this episode in the past, I have never noticed a possible goof with Luke getting back into the General Lee. Does anyone know the song that Toby keith sings at the beginning of the movie?

There's an episode(possible in one one of the later seasons) with Uncle Jesse in the back seat of Rosco's car with Flash on his lap during a chase scene. The funny this is every time the car hits something another body part falls off. At the end even the roof is torn off the patrol car. All that's left is the frame, wheels and interior. I think Rosco is in the car and maybe Boss Hogg. Does anyone know off hand which episode this is?

Wow! Last Tuesday I bought the 7th Season of Hazzard: know I have them all, but the 5th (and I don't think I'll buy it). Yeeaaahh!!!

I think I figured out the name that Daisy says that got changed to Lorretta Lynn. Tammy Wynette. I watched the episode a few dozen times today while working on a lil' experiment and I kept watching the scene where Daisy does her shuck n' jive to Lester Star to listen to her tape and without the sound playing I kept watching her as she spoke. At first I was trying to see if it looked like she was saying Dolly Parton....but her mouth does not appear to be saying that. I really think it looks like Tammy Wynette. Hello... Hoping someone can help me figure out the episode when Boss uses a trick wooden box to make it look like Bo and Luke stole money? I believe it was Boss Hogg and a Priest pass around a charity fund box at the Boars Nest, there is a lever that makes the inside of the box flip so it looks like the money is gone. I can't for the life of me remember what episode this is... Thanks for helping me figure this one out!

The one where Melinda Naud plays this bad girl name Alabama

I finally watched it today and it left me rather unsatisfied, it felt more like "just another episode" than the series final episode. It didn't seem like they cared much for it, like they just wanted to be done with it? That being said, it's still a good season and I enjoyed seeing Hughie Hogg again on this final/canceled season.
