Tom Wopat/Luke Duke

I was wondering why does Tom have that one chipped tooth on his bottom row ? i bet it is because growing up his parents didn't have enough money but he also said once in an interview that he hasn't been for a dental check up in awhile or maybe something happened to him when he was a little kid that caused it ?

At the beginning of this year, Tom was doing a Q&A session on Twitter and so I took the opportunity to ask him a question relating to the Dukes of Hazzard and what he took away from it. I know there is the thread about Tom's attitude towards the show and that some of it might be negative, but I think his short answer still says alot... That he took more away from the relationships he developed with the cast and crew than the actual show itself. I'm just Curious but was Tom a Geek in his School Days ? cause he wore Glasses , Contacts when he was a little boy , Teenager , and a Young Man. Cause he always has to wear Glasses , Contacts even when he was on the Dukes.

It happened just two days after his fiftieth birthday. I'm just curious as to whether he was there. I know he did 9//11 themed show with Sigourney Weaver called 'The Guys'.

Calling all Luke Duke and Tom Wopat Fans! This is so sad, in a radio interview Tom has said that he doesn;t feel his character and role as Luke Duke is as well recognised or as, in some way suggesting Luke wasn't as important, as Daisy and Bo! It made me so sad to hear that and I think we need to tell him just what we think!! Come on, lets hear some support!

Whether it was on broadway, in the movies, or on television. Personally, I liked his appearances as the 'granite guy' on Home Improvement. He was cute. I also watched him on Cybill (I think he was the only reason I watched it, but I did think Cybill and Maryann were funny too). Christmas Comes To Willow Creek is another one I liked. It's always a treat to see Tom and John in something besides 'Dukes of Hazzard'. Unfortunately, I haven't see him in person on broadway, but there's always hope that I do get to the 'big apple' sometime.

Was browsing around in under the John Schneider section and stumbled back upon the old thread of "Which Bo Duke is Better". Being a Luke fan, I decided to do a Luke poll. My opinion varies. While I'll always be more partial to the original... I do like the Johnny Knoxville version. I've been a fan of Knoxville's since 2000. I'll admit, he wasn't dead on Luke's character, but the movie did have it's moments, be them few and far (if at all) in between. This movie was made for the newer generations, not the older. Why was Tom asleep in the General in the beginning of certain episodes ? like in " Sky Bandits Over Hazzard "? cause i remember reading that it takes him awhile to get his motor running Coffee is the only thing he can muster early in the morning so maybe he didn't have his Coffee ?

Why does Tom have a beef against Byron Cherry and Chip Mayer ", is it because they replaced him and John when they left because if that is the case then his anger should be directed at WB not at Chris and Byron. I bet he still holds a grudge today since whenever he talks about them he doesn't have anything nice to say so I'm gussing he got mad at them?.

Here's a tough ethical question for you. On September 18, 1993 Tom Wopat came to my small northwestern Pennsylvania town to give a concert at our fair. Of course I met him afterward and got a couple autographs, pictures etc. Before the concert, he pulled up to the stage by himself driving a Chevy Suburban type vehicle (I'm not exactly sure what it was). After the concert, I was pulling out of the gas station and (you guessed it), he came driving by all by himself in that same vehicle.
