don't ya'll think that them boys look good on top of a horse? In Bye Bye Boss, i think it was, you notice that Bo Luke and Daisy all are riding horses into the canyon. i personally enjoy watching Bo and Luke ride horses. their pretty good. i think Luke is the better one, though. what's your take on it?

I also posted this as a followup to the Hollywood episode, so forgive my redundencies, but it seemed that in the Hollywood episode they were no longer married, am I correct?

i was just wondering because this morning, i went to go get the guy who works for us for lunch, and on our way to the house, i fishtailed, in the John Deere Gator. now i know that Bo and Luke do that a lot, and i was just wondering if anybody else suffered from DDS Duke Driving Syndrome. when i took him back to the tractor, he asked me if i wanted to be a racecar driver when i grow up. i said maybe. i'll take anybodys thoughts on this Catch ya on the flip flop:rofl:

A friend just asked me a question which I have never thought about. The question being "Why was the Dodge Charger named "General Lee"? I KNOW that General Robert E. Lee was a Confederate general, which is why the show used a Confederate flag. But why "General Lee?" Why not "General Patton", or "General Bradley"? To this day, I LOVE this show but I never thought about the reason for the generals name. Any ideas out there?

i know they've influenced me alot! not only the driving part but whenever my mom now asks me to do something i actually do it!!!! and i dont get mad and start running my mouth any more lol. and i say,"Yes ma'am," And i've actually got better manners too, lol. I just want to say thanks John and Tom and Denver who are slowly but surely changing me. John and Tom have been my hero since i was 5 years old so thanks guys. I look up to Uncle Jesse because he reminds soo much of my grandpa, but my grandpa looks like Rosco lol. he talks to his dog too like Rosco, ill never understand him sometimes lol.

I just got done watching "Happy Birthday General Lee" and noticed that the actor who sold the boys the black Charger (and wrongly called it a 1968) was named Will Hare. He was born in 1919 in Elkins West Virginia and starting acting at 15 years old. He died 20 years ago (8-31-97) of a heart attack while rehearsing. I was amazed at all the acting jobs he had in his long career. I suppose the same could be said about many of the senior citizens who were on the show.

have ya'll ever seen Bo and Luke put gas in the general lee or to be exact any car on the show? i know there was one time uncle jesse was suppose to be gasing up one van but it was really moonshine so it wasn't really gasing up the car. i was wondering if i was the only one that noticed this?

after the cast attended the funeral of Sorrel Booke, they all started talking about the past and such and how long it had been since they were all together. Then the idea was born to do a reunion movie, honoring Sorrel. It was sad that Sorrel was not in it, and even sadder that Denver Pile was fighting cancer at the time, but wanted to be part of the movie just the same. So what did you all think of the 2 reunions? I for one loved it.The first one was more like the old days times, and the second was more emotional, which I really loved. Okay, we all know Bo and Luke are on probation...for the whole series...even before the series started (Happy Birthday General Lee)...so how long was their sentence? Are they on probation for life? How serious is getting caught with moonshine that you're on probation for like...10 years? Were they still on probation during the reunion? Did they ever say when they got off? Just wondering.

Do you hav things in your hometown thats named like some of the places in hazzard or do you know people like the ones who live in hazzard? well i would have never believed it if i hadnt seen it fer myself, today as i was driving through downtown hazard, i saw a speed limit sign that the spped limit changes!!! the sign says spped limit 35 mph, you can go to that sign and actually peel the three off and theres another number in under the three! someone was tryin to put a speedtrap there lol i wonder who? lol

Maybe I have been watching these DVD's too much but has anybody noticed how many different belt buckles/type were worn by Bo and Luke. I noticed in slot machines Luke wore what looked like a bear's paw southwestern style buckle(very cool) and then wore some type of brass buckle with what looks like an indian women's head on it later on in the season. Seems like most of the publicity shots for season one showed the Bear's paw buckle. Bo wore a big square buckle with a star in the middle and then also wore a big concho looking buckle. i had an idea to keep the dukes on tv, maybe if we convince TVland that th edukes of hazzard will up their ratings more if they put it back on tv again, we could possible keep the dukes on tv, we gotta get enough people to agree though if yall wanna try it, cause im sorry i dont wanna see the dukes taken off tv, reply here if your intersted to sign a petition by sunday i can have one started, i got a bunch of people from my school who would agree.

For me... it's a tie between Bo and Daisy. Why? Because there isn't anyone more pure spirited than Bo Duke, He fights for his beliefs and never backs down, drives The General Lee like he was born behind the wheel. Always fights for what's right and never turns down a challenge from anyone. He doesn't take any funny business from anyone especially Boss Hogg and Roscoe or any trouble makers the pass through Hazzard. And Sweet Daisy... Okay, something we've been wondering. Why are there no pictures of Enos and Daisy together??? Is it for the same reason they never let them get married? Is there at least some pictures out there of the two of them?

I know rosco and enos never really got in any shoot-outs or nothing, but I always worried about them not wearing any bullet proof vests. I mean, something COULD have happened involving someone with a gun and they could have got shot or even accidentally shot themselves. I'm friends with lots of cops, and even though vests are uncomfortable, they wear them "just in case".........anybody else ever think about that?
