Been a bit busy but hope y'all are doing well! Been listening to the dukes of hazzard album on spotify! A lot of trivia in that album. Never realized Tom Wopat sang, what is now my favorite version, of Up on Cripple Creek! Also made the General Lee in GTA! Sadly no rebel flag but I put the "Norwegian" flag on my roof in the game cause it looked the most similar when going a 100 miles down the digital highway lol

It was really good! Definitely difficult near the end but the whole game is awesome. I really like how it actually feels like a modern arcade game

The 2004 movie is actually what got me into it! I saw it on a DVD at my sister's and asked to borrow it. She gave it to me because she didn't even know where it came from. Then I used to go over on the weekends and watch episodes of the TV show on a website called Fancast that eventually got purchased by Hulu. Thankfully it's on Tubi as I only own the first season. Like All in the Family it was definitely ahead of its time in dealing with social issues but I'd say even more so. Even in dealing with these things some episodes are very uplifting and happy while others can literally be gruelling to watch. Such a fantastic show. I understand why Cooter liked the car so much lol

I watch the most recent set. No confederate flag it's just orange with a 01 on the first pace of season 1-4 and an 02 on the set with seasons 5-6. I gotta say I watch it on my PS5 and I just recently turned on "game mode" and turned off "noise reduction" on my tv and i gotta say it has made a HUGE difference. I could actually make out the individual likes of smoke coming out of the general when he's chasing cooter. Where the noise reduction and game mode being off unnaturally smoothed the image

When I was a kid we used to watch this cartoon on Disney channel and there was a "magical baby" then the next episode they were making statements like "Who did it then Ron the baby?" Im like we just saw the kids magic. Another victim of the machete order. There's actually an episode where they jump the road runner and keep mentioning daisy wanting to hurt them if they mess it up. FORESHADOWING what was gonna happen in what was intended to be the next episode but the executives denied it lol. This is also why we see Rosco and his replacements come and go. Like lester, than Rosco's, than the other guy, then back to Rosco again.

In season 2 Daisy's Road Runner is destroyed and then comes back without explanation in episodes after before the season ends. This is due to what is known as a "machete" order. Where corporate executives try to dictate the order of episodes based on what they think would be more popular instead of letting them air in the order intended.

https://www.romsgames.net/gameboy-color-rom-dukes-of-hazzard-the-racing-for-home/ If you download Pizza Boy C or "My OldBoy" from the app store and then download the game from this link you can play the Game boy game. You just have to move it into a folder of it's own the emulators don't like to play stuff from the download folder. I do recommend this site over any other it has the least malicious stuff trying to pop up. (Not actually malicious it's just ads least intrusive than what we see on here but the other rom sites are riddled with them) There's even a thing call Retroachievements and they have trophies for older games. None for and Dukes game yet sadly but it's been requested by a few people (Definitely get the kids help if it's too complicated cause it's really worth it being able to play the dukes of hazzard anywhere you are to kill time while waiting)

Oh I love Skyrim! Big Lord of the Rings fans my brother and I! (Obviously I know that's not Skyrim but I meant it be ause it's also fantasy) So like an emulator is a way of playing games for specific consoles on other devices. There's an app on the app store called DuckStation and if you download that then go to search for the dukes of hazzard "rom" you can then download and extract using something like rar and then you're able to play that specific PlayStation game on your phone. It's how I was playing the first before I got it on an actual disc. Gameboy games are much easier like seriously just download a "gameboy emulator" like Pizza Boy C from the store and download the Racing For Home GBC rom you can play that on anything. They work on my thirty dollar tracphone.

Do you guys prefer Racing for Home or Daisy Dukes it Out? I'm about to start playing the second one on an emulator until I can get a physical copy and I'm curious. I saw a video once saying it was a bad game and I think it's just young people referring to older graphics cause so far the game looks really cool. I've only ever played the first and third games. I had beaten the first growing up but I always got stuck trying to follow Enos on the third

So I had been playing the PlayStation and GBC versions on my phone with emulators. Well today I went down to my local game store and traded in two receivers for and a broken rock band controller for parts. Came out with, amongst two- well I just say the whole load. I got TMNT 2 and Sims 2 Pets for the PS2. Picked up a Betty Boop DVD for my mom. A copy of Munster Go Home, as well as a PS1 memory card for my PS2 and a copy of Racing for Home!!!!!!!! Probably gonna delete my ROM for the game off my phone since there are sadly no trophies for it anyway but I'm really happy to own this game again!!!!!!! I only had my PS2 for two weeks and already got me the game. A little store called AFK in East Liverpool, OH. They had two other copies but I made sure I got the best case, disc, and manual. Gona play it in a few moments once I cool off

Dude that's beyond awesome I literally LOVE Electric Light Orchestra! I listen to this Japanese band called Puffy and part of the reason I do is because they sound like Electric Light Orchestra and the Beatles. I've even heard people say if The Beatles stayed together their music in the 70s would of sounded like ELO. My dad couldn't believe when I was a kid listening to Mr. blue Sky and I corrected him that it wasn't the beatles
