He was very frustrated with the closing of Lancaster Uniform Cap Co. And he and Jeannie put their heads together and formed the little Mom and Pop company Benford Yacht Hat. The Benford Yacht Hat caps are 99% screen accurate to Alan Hale Jr.'s Lancaster Uniform Cap Co. hats.
