  1. Welcome to HNet VintageDuke! You've come to the right place for all things Dukes! (and a lot of vintage stuff. I reckon a lot of us share in that hobby too. Khee!)
  2. Welcome to HNet Cookies! Glad you de-lurked to join up! Thanks for the compliments on the site. Mufn, Brian and myself do all we can to help keep the Hazzard spirit alive. Khee!
  3. How about that bright red body suit in one episode when he was on that aerobics kick? ROFLMAO (And Rosco in his cut off shirt. Khee!) I can't remember the episode title off hand tho', shame on me...
  4. Congrats Bo! That's a great achievement!!
  5. Awesome, Chet! Congrats!
  6. Ooo, interesting thread! I listen to music too when I write, tho' more often than not I have a soundtrack for a paticular story, as opposed to a soundtrack or playlist for a paticular character. Often the soundtrack will have a song that fits a character...within the context of the story. The most recent story I completed, Southern Cross: Crossfire had the following selections... Crossfire Tightrope Rough Boy Rainy Night in Georgia It's in the Way That You Use It Captain of Her Heart Touch and Go Eminence Front That's the Way a Cowboy Rocks 'n Rolls Fire (Arthur Brown. "I am the God of Hellfire! And I bring you..." LOL) Some songs fit the story (some are actually IN the story, "Rainy Night in Georgia" and Arthur Brown's "Fire.") Others were just good background music to write to, put me a zone.
  7. Congrats texasdaisy!!
  8. Happy Birthday Garrett!!
  9. Very sad indeed. My thoughts are with Cathy and her girls.
  10. Just when I was startin' to wonder if anybody even looked at the front page of HNet! LOL
  11. Mmmwah!! Khee! He is adorable, Min.
  12. I was very saddened to hear of this on Wednesday. I admire Mr. Culp very much and enjoy his work.
  13. I'll pass on dunkin' it. Heh! *crunch, chew, chomp* S'good. Khee!
  14. *raises green root beer* To HNet!! That's one hell of a toast cousin... KHEE!!
  15. Well.... I reckon for today, I'll take bottoms up. I'm gonna take a root beer tho'. Heh!
  16. We got a new stop light. Yeah...that's it. Heheheheh... Ah, wait a second. What are you doin' sittin' around drinkin' beer when yer supposed to be ree-coop-eratin' at the clinic for a couple of days?
  17. Well ahh...uhh....um, a lad with a bright smile...oooh--er, AHEM! Brian, you been in the green beer already?
  18. Umm.... you do mean get lucky by, like, winning the lottery, right? Or hitting all green lights on the drive home? Or finding money on the sidewalk? Or staying out of jail?
  19. I don't think that would be a problem. I reckon just PM the folks you need some reference on what characters look like. And I just wanted to add to Brian and Garrett's comments....and hearty thank ya as well to everyone that participated in this. And like Chet said, this ain't over. LOL. We'll be back to another round of shenanigans again once Brian and Chet complete their bail requirements. Khee!
  20. MaryAnne replied to T.J.Duke's topic in Introduce Yourself
Oh that Roger.... Welcome to HNet TJ!
  21. *pulls back from cousin and nods* You bet. You uh... *points at him and was about to say behave for Doc but decided that was a comment too far. Smiles* ...you get some rest. And I'll see ya soon.
  22. *laughs* Yeah, I did lose that. Heh! *leans to cousin, to gently give him a hug* Aw, cousin. You ain't lost a thing either. It's nice to know we can still carry on with crazy shenanigans. Khee!
  23. *smiles broadly* It did! It was like Old Home Days around here. Khee!
