Two weeks now and lungs still congested. I've never had something like this. Just finished my antibiotics yesterday. In a couple days I might be heading back to Doc Appleby again. The wife finally went to the doctor today. One more cold day tomorrow and summer will be here. I think I've already said that 3 times this spring.

You have my heart my friend! Always know I'm here for you and you have all my info on contacting me if you ever want or need to! My brother's birthday was on April 15....he would have been 56!! Hard to believe! ( He died when I was 21 and he was 18)

If you guys know how Face Book is, you know they send you unsolicited friend requests, that you can deny or accept. These people are from everywhere in the world, literally !! I got a friend request from Karis Schneider......didn't think much of it and was going to delete it, when I noticed the partial pic on her page looked familiar. The hair was older, white....but something about the eyes.....looks like John Schneider! Well, being the scholastic genius that I am ( not to mention modest!
) , I looked it up! It WAS John Schneider! Bo Duke! I'm still not sure who Karis is...maybe one of you guys can help the genius out! I'm wondering how she got my name to send me the request? If that was a coincedence.....that's Twight Light Zone stuff!! ( doo doo do do dooo do do do.....)

I expect mother's day is going to be a short visit because the m-i-l will lay a thick guilt trip on us if he doesn't get the loan. But we weren't the ones who jumped off a cliff without a parachute. We'll give them probably a $100 grocery store gift card to help out but we're not going to empty our savings to bail him out. Can't wrap my head around it still. I mean my God he basically committed financial suicide. His new car is in his mother's name so if he files for bankruptcy they probably won't take it away but still.

That stinks Spike. I felt better for a day but it didn't last. Ended up going to the doctor yesterday and got a med called Azithromycin. Having congested lungs for 11 days is no fun. My wife is still sick too.
I sure hope you get to feeling better soon, Roger! You tell your wife that the town drunk and car dealer is hoping she gets better too!
