Found it today at WalMart..It was not even put out till I mentioned tyo the asociate that the wrong DVD where they have the price tag. He went back in the store room and pulled out a box of the right ones .. I grabbed one ..YEEEHAAAAA... I will watch it tonight to see how it is... Darrell

My local WalMart stinks.....I have got to get this somehow. I will try again later today. If they don't have it , I will go to another WalMart and try...... Now I am on a mission for a $3 DVD... Darrell

WalMart didn't have it......They have a tag for Dukes pilot for $2.84 , but it had a DVD of 3 episodes from the first season and nothing about the movie on it at all..... Bummer.... Darrell

I am going to run to WalMart now, it is only about a mile and a half from me.. Isn't that convienent ??? I hope they have one . Either way I love those first 5 episodes, even though I have it on the season 1 set.... Darrell

I love the song Slow Rollin' Low. A bit of trivia about that song , it is the song from the movie that was the inspiration for the DOH, a movie called Moonrunners..... Just wanted to see what TV shows ya'll would like to see on DVD. I didn't want to make a poll because there are too many to list... 1. BJ & The Bear 2. Misadventures Of Sheriff Lobo 3 Mama's Family (both the NBC and syndicated) 4. Harper Valley PTA 5. Movin' On ( 70's truckin' show) I am sure I will think of more later...Now let's see what everyone else would like... Darrell

Or what the BJ and The Bear spinoff - The Misadventures Of Sheriff Lobo....My father LOVED that show, I was around 9 or 10 and loved BJ and The Bear and Sheriff Lobo......Those 2 shows I can't wait for on DVD. They will great to see again.... Darrell

And some people , me , grew up with all these shows....... I have to agree with 1hellraiser, Macgyver is the only on the list I could not get into for some reason.. Airwolf was on CBS from 84-86, then on the USA Network in 87 with a new cast ... Hey , does anyone remember the series "Rip Tide" , it was on right after The A-Team on NBC . 2 guys who were private eyes and had a crappy helicopter. There was also another series on CBS involving a helicopter " Blue Thunder" based on the movie..

I got this on DVD.......This is one of my favorite racin' movies along with The Last American Hero(Jeff Brdges) and Greased Lightning(Richard Pryor) . There aren't that many racin' movies anyway. Check out the cameos by Dale Earnhardt and Kyle Petty. If ya'll like the movie check out the book it is based on. Good book. Darrell

I was wondering what role Joe Don Baker was going to play. I had seen his name(or the double of JDB) on the IMDB movie page . How lucky can I get? All three of my favorite "Southern shows" all in one. Burt Reynolds( Bandit) , Joe Don Baker ( Buford Pusser) and The Dukes all in one movie. . Darrell

Exactly.......It would have shown the true spirit of the Southerness and Simple Man aspect of the show...plus when you hear Skynyrd you think of the South in some way, like Sweet Home Alabama , Gimme Three Steps and all that great Souhtern Rock .... Just a thought ..... Darrell
