Hi obanks. Welcome to the Hazzardnet. I've read all your posts and you sound like you're pretty serious about the Dukes. I hope you stay around awhile. You'll be a great addition to a great website.

That's awesome!!!! I'm sure you're busy but when you get time tell us what you had to do to get to be one of the finalists. I sure hope you win. You deserve it. Make sure you tell them that you're the "Duke or Dupe" Queen. It doesn't hurt to pad your resume. Congratulations buddy!!!!!!! Keep us posted. -
Patrick Swayze (he was in a group called the Wolverines in the movie "Red Dawn")

The Official Dukes of Hazzard Trivia Thread

Daisy, B.L., DoubleX and Alex all got it right. Alex now has 79 in a row correct. Hey Alex, I notice how you protected that amazing streak by adding "part 2" to your last answer. Wouldn't want to have that streak broken on a technicality...LOL This is not an official question so it won't count if someone misses it or gets it right. Who knows which episode it was that Rosco couldn't make any decisions without consulting his horoscope? -
Michigan (for those of you who don't understand, the battle cry of the Michigan Wolverines is "Go Blue!")

*FIREWORKS EXPLODE* Congratulations DaisyMaeDuke!!!! You have accomplished what I never imagined possible. You have successfully answered 101 Duke or Dupes. I don't know how you did it but you did. You are an amazing fan and I am impressed with your knowledge. This is truly a historical day on the Hazzardnet. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

The Official Dukes of Hazzard Trivia Thread

B.L., Julie and Daisy got it right. Waylon made that comparison on the episode "Heiress Daisy Duke" Which episode had a race with NASCAR legends Cale Yarborough, Richard Petty, Bobby Allison, Ricky Rudd, Buddy Baker, Darrell Waltrip and Bill Elliott? They were racing in the Tri-County 150. Darrell Waltrip finished second. Bobby Allison finished third. Daisy Duke (disguised as Bo) beat all them good ole boys. Again, which ep was it? -
Wow, this is exciting. Well...maybe not as exciting as Daisy and Bo heading off to Dukesfest but exciting, nonetheless. Daisy now has 98 in a row correct (and 157 out of 158) DoubleX still has 84 in a row. Here goes...I feel like I'm on a roller coaster getting ready to head down the biggest hill.....a 100 foot hill. Good luck Daisy. Which of these were on the show? Easy Living River or Hard Labor Creek Ledbetter Woods or Jackson Forest (episode names) Enos in Trouble or Enos in Danger

You probably have a lot more than that if you go back and check. Like you said, you have some gaps in there. If you ever get a chance I'd appreciate it. I can understand if you don't want to though. It would be time consuming. -
Alabama (wasn't Reese Witherspoon in the movie "Sweet Home Alabama"?)

Daisy and Alex both got it right. Alex has 78 in a row. Hey Daisy, you haven't missed one in awhile have you? Any chance you could go back and see how many in a row you've gotten? My computer is pretty slow. Which one of the 7 dwarfs did Waylon compare Rosco to? A) Sleepy Grumpy C) Bashful D) Dopey E) Sneezy -
candy bar (do they still make Baby Ruths? Somebody told me the other day that they can't find Mars bars anymore)

I agree with Capt Redneck about "everybody looking at a hot car". The cool thing about the General Lee is that it ain't just the hottest car here on the Hazzardnet....it's the most famous car in the world. Thanks again TomBo. It's so awesome seeing this new member of the Hazzardnet family developing.

B.L. and Daisy got 'em right. Daisy has 95 in a row...I won't jinx her by mentioning 100...nope, you won't catch me typing that 1 button then the 0 button then the 0 button again...something like that could really mess up a person's focus so I won't mention it at all. Which of these were on the show? Silas Pew or Simon Cowell Hazzard Hot Rod Club or Hazzard Hunting Club (episode names) Hollywood Comes to Hazzard or The Dukes in Hollywood

Bo, I wasn't going to respond to your post because, like I said, I want my slip up to go away but you had one line that makes me have to respond (believe it or not, it's not even the one where you said you're perfect...because I agree...well, almost LOL) Your line "In an ideal world, yes they would have stayed there forever and ever" made me think. To me, Hazzard is an ideal world and I don't want it to change. I'll never accept it any other way. I can't deal with imagining a Hazzard County without Jesse, Boss or Waylon. I can't accept the General Lee stored in a chicken coop (or whatever that was) I do understand and respect your taste for a more realistic Hazzard County after the series but I just don't agree. I still like you though...LOL. All this goes back to that old saying: There's 3 things folks shouldn't talk about, religion, politics and Hazzard County after season 7. In my world, I have a saying too (actually I just came up with it now) There's 3 things in life that are certain , death, taxes and Hazzard never changing.

If anybody ever wants to do this again let me know. It really is a lot of fun. It wouldn't have to be on a Monday.

Wow Bo, I ran through a whole bunch of emotions while reading your post. The strongest one is anger. I'm so mad at myself for not researching this a little more. I didn't know that Gy Waldron was the writer. Had I known that, I would have never started this thread. I have so much appreciation for him for creating the show that has been such a big part of my entire adult life (I was just out of high school when it first came out). I would never intentionally write anything that would even remotely offend him so I can definitely call this the low point in my Hazzardnet experience. That brings me to my next emotion....embarressment. I am very impressed with you Bo. You really love the Dukes of Hazzard and are one of the most positive people I know. I won't point out some details of why I disagree with you because, at this point, I just want to put this thread behind me and not stir things up (this Gy Waldron thing is really bothering me). I do stand behind my original post though. I still feel that way. My respect for Mr. Waldron is much stronger than my dissatisfaction for the reunion show so I will put the weaker of those two things off to the side and simply conclude by focusing on the positive and publicly thank Gy Waldron for creating the greatest show in the history of this planet. Because of his creation and how it has influenced me, I'm a better and much happier person....(even though I still mess up once in awhile and stick my boot in my mouth)

All 3 of you are right. Daisy has 92 in a row correct and 151 out of 152. Former Champ DoubleX continues pushing Daisy with 84 in a row correct. Ain't this fun!!?? Which of these were on the show? Silas Hogg or Silas Coltrane Hogg's Video Rentals or Uncle Charlie's Upholstery (episode names) Politics, Hazzard Style or People's Choice
