  1. B.L. and daisyXenos both got it right. What did Boss get at the end of "Treasure of Hazzard"? A) Andrew Jackson's sword a thank you call from U.S. President Jimmy Carter C) confederate money D) nothing
  2. checkered flag
  3. You got it right Emy. Description: Four female car strippers are frustrating Hazzardites. To make matters worse, our favorite Uncle is getting the blame.
  4. Beginning
  5. You're right Garrett. I usually try to ignore the inconsistencies. I also try to ignore the bloopers but, of course, they do pop up on occasion though. The nice thing is that the Dukes of Hazzard is the best form of entertainment ever invented so it makes it easy to only focus on the positive stuff.
  6. Hint on that last one. The first word is Dr.
  7. preacher
  8. B.L., Thanks for correcting me after incorrectly saying she was 16. I do remember her saying she was 18 now that you mention it. There does appear to be an inconsistency with Luke coming out of the Marines after 4 years. Since the show doesn't mention that he was in 4 years I'm wondering if it was longer. He was a Sergeant in the Marines in VietNam. America officially pulled out in 1975 which means that he probably enlisted in 1972 or 73 to attain that rank.....or even earlier since 1975 was past the peak of heavy American combat involvement. I'm sure the real problem with these (and many other) inconsistencies is that the writers just weren't paying attention or that there were too many writers who weren't on the same page.
  9. Hey, I was scanning around on the satellite dish right now and James Best is on Gunsmoke. It's from 1969 and also has Ronny Howard (Opey from Andy Griffith) It's always cool to bump into an actor from our favorite show...even if he's not on our favorite show. LOL
  10. B.L. and Daisy both got it right. Daisy has now answered 309 in a row correct. Which of these were on the show? Enos's house on Mill Pond Road or Cooter's house on Jessup Road Boss's still site #1 or Rosco's still site #3 Tammy Wynette or Jeannie C. Riley
  11. LOL Hey Lizzy, it took me a few minutes to type that last post and after I sent it, I see you beat me to a response. The funny thing is that we both guessed the exact same age for Cooter...LOL
  12. I've always assumed that Cooter was Luke's age or, more than likely, older. His daughter (Nancylou Nelson from Alabama) was 16 on season 6 but the problem is that they don't tell us how old Cooter was when she was born. He was pretty young though. IF he was 17 when she was born that means that Cooter was 34 on season 6 (or 29 when the series began). That would make him a lot older than Bo and even a few years older than Luke....or maybe not since there was an indication that Luke might have been older than a lot of people think. (But that's a whole other story. If you're interested I'll be more specific later.) The problem is that a lot of speculation is involved (like me speculating that Cooter was 17) and there are inconsistencies that keep us from knowing for sure. There is at least one other thread that deals with this issue but it might take time to find it.
  13. Hey there, I'm still waiting for an answer to the question listed below...LOL....How ya been buddy?

  14. Five people with right answers...NICE!! What is Sheriff Lester Crabb's motto? A) Liberty and Justice for all Boss is always boss C) I call 'em like I see 'em D) Orders is orders
  15. wedding
  16. I'm a classic country fan (60s through mid 80s) but I've been known to be caught listening to stuff that is completely different. Has anybody ever heard of Sade? (Smooth Operator) Her voice is amazing. She never did very many CDs but what she lacks in quantity she makes up in quality. It's kind of a soft-pop-jazz sound. It definitely ain't country but I love it. How about Carl Orff? He does the type of music you'd hear on a movie like Conan the Barbarian (although I don't think he actually did that movie) So you see goodolboy85, us Hazzard rednecks can be a little weird too...in a good way...LOL
  17. Weeelllllll doggie!!! This jist might be a molassas barrel full of fun!!
  18. You got it right dukefan1 Description: Luke drinks some poisoned pond water and becomes a not so nice guy
  19. fireman
  20. Hey Rosco!! I see you're logged in right now so I just wanted to say hi. I hope you've been doing well. Thanks for making us all smile. We love ya buddy.

  21. Well Emy, I don't like anything that was made after season 7 (even the reunion shows with the real Dukes in them) but you have a really good point. There probably aren't too many people like you out there who were drawn to the original series after seeing the Jessica Simpson version and the horrible "Beginning" movie where they found the General at the bottom of a river but if those things caused you and other people to become fans of the original series then I guess it's time for me to change my tune and say that it wasn't all bad after all. Thanks for giving me a different perspective. I'll still never watch them again but at least I feel a little better about them. If anybody else became a fan of the original Dukes series after watching more modern versions, it would be interesting to hear your perspective too. Thanks Emy!!
  22. Is this part of the other one that is posted? I'd be interested in playing Jesse or Jed. If the story is going to have Jesse marrying Granny then I'd rather play Jed. Sorry but I like Emma Tisdale too much to break her heart like that.....don't laugh, I'm serious....LOL I'm probably not logged in as much as the rest of you so I hope I wouldn't slow the story down. I log on every night (with very few exceptions) but don't always stay on for long lengths of time. Let me know..thanks!!
  23. Here's another hint: This person was once a Hazzard County Deputy (not in this episode though)
  24. Steve Erkle (I probably spelled it wrong but I never watched the show much)
