math (you need math to come up with a formula)

Jeff Gordon was in 17th at half time and finished 17th when it was all over. Joey Logano was the winner (his first this season) after nearly running out of fuel on the last lap. Logano snapped a 44 race streak of no first place finishes. Kevin Harvick finished second and Kurt Busch was third. There sure were a lot of lead changes today!

I don't know what to say MM. I hope this string of bad luck means you're due for a string of good luck. You're in our thoughts and prayers. We love you.

I'm agreeing with Hoss, it's Ma Harper. She and her three boys are from Chickasaw County and were in season 3. She reminds me a little of Meryl Streep in this pictures. -
Smurfette (she's not brunette but her name ends in ette)
-
blond (or blonde if you prefer to spell it that way)

Belated congratulations on this great drawing Brenton. I agree with Hoss. It's too bad we didn't see this when you posted it in May.

I just watched two hours of CMAs Country Music Festival last night and I'm more convinced than ever that country music is dead. There were a few exceptions but basically those two hours were a rock/pop festival. Country and Western was what country used to be called but when the western part faded out, the western name was dropped. Marty Robbins was probably the last western singer. I think country should consider changing its name again since only about 20% of it is really "country" and that number drops every year. Thank goodness there's still a few country singers out there. I did enjoy their performances last night. But it appears their time in the spotlight is limited. Eventually they'll go the way of bluegrass. There will always be someone who likes that kind of music but less and less each year.

Episodes like "Strange Visitor to Hazzard" and "Robot P. Coltrane" might not be the favorites of many Dukes fans but they do have a useful purpose. If you have a child or grandchild and hope that they will be future Dukes fans someday, episodes like those are a great place to start. Of course if they're real young, the cartoon version of Dukes are even better.

Question- Did the Dukes have a television??
RogerDuke replied to EnosIsMyHero's topic in General Discussion
I just watched "Pin the Tail on the Dukes" and got excited when I saw the television in the background. I remembered that there was a thread on this subject so I found it and then saw that post #13 had a screengrab of the episode but didn't list the episode title. -
Halloween (How big is Halloween over there Hoss?)

I spent the weekend in Syracuse New York at my nephew's wedding and these are the first results I've seen from the race. Thanks for posting everything here.....it's too bad it wasn't better news.

I sure feel bad for you MM. I've never had that problem but I've heard it can be rough. It certainly sounds like it would be enough to really weigh you down. Hang in there my friend. Maybe you should see if Brian will come back to the HazzardNet. Nobody here ever understood anything he ever posted. I'm thinking that his illogical rambling will be distracting enough to make you forget about the pain.
