  2. I'm a pretty low tech person so I don't know what I'm doing. Now that you mention it, that only happens at home on my tablet and not at work. Could it be that spell correct is something that is on the device and not the website?
  3. This is awesome! Thanks for sharing it. This thing looks like it would have a chance in a race against the real General Lee. Well, maybe not since nothing can beat the most famous car in the world....still, this is very cool and he is now my favorite drag car racer. I wish I could write his name but this stupid spell correct won't let me. How did you do it Boss?

  5. To be honest I never did follow NASCAR that closely but the Duke boys influenced me too. That's why Cale Yarborough was my favorite driver back then. They're still influencing me. That's why I always root for the drivers from Georgia.

  7. Jesse walked outside carrying an overstuffed backpack. He smiled when he saw the boys. "There ya are. I was hoping I'd see you before I left." Luke immediately responded. 'Where ya going Uncle Jesse?" Jesse threw the backpack in the back of his truck and turned around. Now don't go gittin all out of shape but I got somethin' I hafta do and I just ain't able to talk about it." The three of them just looked at him in silence. Jesse continued "Well, I just gotta give you kids a hug and then I gotta git rolling." After hugging all three he got in the truck. His left foot on the ground and left hand on the wide open door he looked at all three of them. "Now I'm sure everything will be just fine but if I'm not back fer some reason there's a sealed envelope on my dresser. If ya haven't heard from me in two days, come Saturday morning open it and follow the simple instructions." He lifted his foot inside then slammed the door. The window was open. "Now I'm a big boy and I can take care of myself. If I see an orange car or white Jeep in my rear view mirror I'm sure you know I ain't gonna be tolerating ya sticking yer nose in my business. He started the truck, stuck it in gear and started to slowly lurch forward. "And another thing. I love you kids." Seconds later he was a hundred feet down the road.

  9. It would be cool but as you said no company as large as them will use the flag. It' s a shame but it won't change any time soon.

  11. If it's posing a danger to lives I can see being cautious. If it's just because it looks bad that's overdoing it.
  12. Rocky (his brother-in-law was Pauly)
  13. Hey Garrett, the General Lee was driverless in at least one episode so if the General can go driverless it can't be all bad. (try to ignore the fact that he was being controlled by bad guys)
  14. Just checked my notebook. It was Grandma Duke's recipe of boiled hickory leaves, smashed toad liver and a scoop of bear grease mixed into a salve.
  15. That should be "Find Loretta Lynn" from season 2. Welcome to the HazzardNet. We hope to hear more from you.
  16. Atlanta seems to have taken over Cleveland as America's hard luck sports city. They've never had a championship in hockey, basketball or football and haven't won the World Series since the mid 90s. I remember those 90s Braves teams. In the pre-season they were picked as the favorites for many years in a row and only won it once.
  17. I agree Spike. It's a gamble. I wonder how long it will be before some form of racing introduces a driverless car. I don't think it will catch on (unless maybe every car in the race is driverless) but I do think folks would want to see it as a novelty....not me though.

  19. Things are going to get tough for my Steelers. With 6 Super Bowl wins they had the Cowboys and 49ers closing in on them with 5 and now they add the Patriots to that list. The Cowboys or Patriots could tie them next year but I doubt the 49ers will.
  20. Two hours until game time.
  21. At the Erie (Pennsylvania) Auto Show this weekend a Smokey and the Bandit car was the main attraction. It makes me sick that the General has to be in the shadows and shows will no longer have it. At least us Dukes fans have the satisfaction of knowing it is still the most famous car in the world and will be so in our lifetimes.
  22. One of the smartest most sophisticated rednecks in history.....Ralph Waldo Emerson once said "To be simple is to be great". Rednecks like simplicity. They ain't gonna go for this new system.
  23. Good to hear from you Boss. Log in more often if you can.
  24. Both fun choices Hoss and Spike. Sorry I ruined it by reminding you it's a family website.....but enough about Daisy....I'd pick a fishing trip with Jesse or maybe just doing chores around the farm with him.
