  1. I'm glad to hear you got that adjustment made MM. I'm learning a lot about Lyme but one thing's for sure...the medical community has a lot to learn too. There are a lot of disagreements amongst the experts. Does anybody have any exciting weekend plans? Have you folks from across the big pond been following the World Cup?
  2. We're real excited that you drove your tow truck into town and hope you stay a long time. It's pretty cool that you're a mechanic so that means that you are the closest thing to Cooter that we have here....which is nice because we drive off the road a lot. Anybody who would take the time to get a white jacket and turn it into that kind of work of art is most definitely someone who belongs here. Welcome Cooter Jr.
  3. steak I think Roth is talking about James Bond..License to Kill.
  4. Interesting! I did not know that. Learning something new about the show always makes it feel fresh and new. Thanks.
  5. I'm glad you had fun Hoss. I just got back from a kayak trip. It was a lake that I've driven by several times but had never been on before. Fun stuff!
  6. river (what a coincidence you would say that. I'm getting my kayak out for the first time all year)
  7. Any weekend plans folks? My wife has to work all weekend so I'll probably just work on the job list around the house this weekend...and maybe some dirt bike races.
  8. survival
  9. My second Lyme disease test came back positive so I've started antibiotics. I have no more symptoms but have a much better chance of developing them again if I don't take the medicine.
  10. You are an artist. Which vehicle was the Atlanta plate on?
  11. I'm trying to imagine fireworks without any bangs or a concert without any noise. It just wouldn't be the same.
  12. My dad's birthday is April 14 and mine is April 15. The Titanic struck the iceberg on April 14 and sank on April 15. Abe Lincoln was shot on April 14 and died on April 15. The Notre Dame fire was on my birthday this year and April 15 is the day taxes are due in the US.
  13. food (let's get this rolling again)
  14. Aren't battery cars quiet? Can you imagine NASCAR without the noise?
  15. Sorry to hear about your bad luck Spike. If you end up putting up an outhouse make sure the arrows aren't the dynamite ones. And I wouldn't leave my car magazines in there just in case. I wonder if you are talking about chronic wasting disease. Southern Pennsylvania has had some cases but I haven't yet heard of any up here by Lake Erie. Deer are overpopulated enough. If hunters stop hunting because they are worried about the safety of the meat, deer will become even more overpopulated.
  16. I'll know tomorrow. I am still cold a lot and have real sensitive skin on my back but get better every day. It looks like it's going to end up being a month long reaction from a bug bite and I'll likely never know what kind of bug.....but thanks for asking.
  17. This model is fantastic! I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your piece of roof. I sent you a PM
  18. Deer around here have become overpopulated because nobody hunts anymore and the Game Commission is too stubborn to do what they do in other states and sell more doe permits to the folks who still do. That means that more people are hitting them with their vehicles. I think the only deer I ever remember seeing on Dukes was the big buck that Jesse bumped into in the swamp.
  19. Hang in there Spike. Whenever something bad happens that means you're due for something good.
  20. Back on the road to recovery and hope to stay there this time....feeling pretty good. Believe it or not, the Dukes cartoons have helped a lot!
  21. Thanks Hobie. I'm having a rough night after I thought I was getting better. It's starting to affect me mentally. It's time to throw a Dukes DVD in.
  22. It looks like the place got all cleaned up and the party is officially over. It started as a MM is cured party and morphed into a Waylon birthday party and then capped off as a Roger Duke is out of the hospital party. As 'ol Waylon always says "In Hazzard, we tend to like happy endings."
