Pick your team and post it here. Two weeks until the Super Bowl. Even if you don't care, pick a team anyways just for fun. The more picks the more fun. Chiefs or 49ers?
I pick Chiefs
If I cant get the loan from you I just might sell my house and buy it. After all you can live in a Jeep but you can't drive a house. (not counting an RV of course). I'll check with my wife. If she doesn't mind living in a Jeep we're putting a for sale sign in the front yard. I'll let you know what she says.
Hi Abby and welcome to the HazzardNet. It sure is nice to have you in town and we hope you stay a long time. I'm like Hobie. I watch 'em over and over too.
We never did end up getting Circle on our Dish Spike. Off the subject....who are we rooting for in this big game? I'm rooting for LSU since all those Duck Dynasty boys like them!
If I would have been an actor in Hollyweird back then I probably would have taken just about any role too.....unless it meant being mean to kids or being a bad guy on Dukes.
When you are as important as MM a lot is demanded of you and time is always precious. One thing is clear. MM's heart is in Hazzard County. We love you Meadowmufn!
Actors love showing their ability to play anything. I can definitely imagine seeing Sorrell being a bad guy since he is a bit naughty on Dukes but I think it would bother me to see someone like Daisy or Enos playing a terrorist or mass murderer. I still remember seeing Andy Griffith playing a a bad guy after Mayberry ended and that was weird. But from a professional standpoint an actor never wants to be pigeonholed into one particular personality.
Today is January 11 which means that 4 months from now will mark 100 years that a cute little baby named Jesse Duke came into the world, born in the Duke farmhouse in Hazzard County Georgia. (historically correct in my mind at least)
I was just looking these over and it sounds like I could have written this 2013 post today. Today is Russian Christmas so my friend is home celebrating right now....lucky bum.
Derrick Henry of the Tennessee Titans just scored a touchdown. They announced that he is the first person to score a touchdown in the NFL playoffs on his birthday since 1974 (he turned 26 today). Pretty cool coincidence since I just posted something about Jan 4 birthdays a few minutes ago.
Another Jan 4, another double birthday. Happy birthday to both Bosses....Sorrell and HazzardNet's Boss JD Hogg. I checked your profile and noticed that today is your 50th! Congratulations on your first half century. Have fun starting your second.
