(Season 4 Diamonds in the Rough)
Lenny:"Are you goin' bananas!? We didn't come up here to kill nobody!" Frank:"Well, that drop's due any minute now! You want them yokels to see it!?" Lenny:"It ain't here yet! Maybe they'll move off by then!"
(Season 1 Swamp Molly)
Bo Duke:"You know I still I got them bruises she gave me last time she was over here!" Luke Duke:"Well, you gotta keep yer feet movin'. That way, she might not be able to get a hold of ya."
My uncle and Aunt were going to have all their clan over for Christmas so they bought everyone Covid tests. Their big get together turned into a small one. 3 of my cousins got Covid. 2 got the J&J vaccine and the other is unvaccinated. So far they all just have minor symptoms.
Wife and I got our boosters today.
One of my wife's coworkers actually got it twice. First time she got it it wasn't bad but the 2nd time, which was probably the Delta variant, kept her in bed for a week. She still refuses to get vaccinated.
(Season 4 Miss Tisdale on the Lam)
Rosco:"What a bad time for those Duke boys to show up, right?" Boss Hogg:"Wrong!" Rosco:"Wrong?" Boss Hogg:"Yeah! This couldn't be better if I'd wished it from the tooth fairy!" Rosco:"Why would you wish that from the tooth fairy?"
Over here, we're normally asked if we're vaccinated or have had Covid in the last X months (the X seems to vary from 3 to 6). Recovering from Covid does seem to provide some sort of immunity, but as I've so far avoided catching it, I went down the vaccination route.
Did she get tested both times? A friend of mine just said that his 30 year old son just got it for the second time. We're getting quite a bit of snow now. Why couldn't we have had that for Christmas?
