Did you recognize Dewey's nurse? She was one of the car strippers in 'Arrest Jesse Duke'. The episode title is a parody of the 1967 movie 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying', which also starred Robert Morse.

Had some free time the other day so I stopped by Walmart on the way home and grabbed a bottle of Meguiar's PlastX cleaner, figured for $7 it's worth a shot instead of blowing $30 on one of those headlight restorer kits. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I'm pretty happy with the results for half an hour's worth of elbow grease . What my headlights looked like before is on top and after is on the bottom https://previews.dropbox.com/p/thumb/AA_tUGAEmsmO_U4UJNunpJbF0PAQXB7xD6WyItWy0Uz08_cI-4_pZfEafwVMvOezWfqZzeF5gOujPX_WTtu1Hm9XIdc3eGxrpP7Sj14IHdoh-6IA71NnvRcnJwkjfhEhugtpam-cg9SpLXud79RbaYKUgrWLH4HfyT6ujp3KiFSefGkDoFcna5JwYbHkjq_acTGJOu7oDxefVE121disCZoMva1Q_4lhmnrOI7vMN5NOKkavpiQjmu3arUHwZPJ6qf6OiAEQDoeJnV0V3L5_pywUP-tafm5o9BPsCQxx2n8oBGasoy30CyC3-O7kMDoZs0ogXABg0PZJ9lMFLsL9-u_wbJ-6kEohzkjnZAhZEpaqg40YFLG0c1-fPGs0qGNTt2w/p.jpeg?fv_content=true&size_mode=5 Probably would have come out even better if I bought one of those cloth drill attachments but I didn't want to wait till the drill batteries charged. If you have an older vehicle with headlights that don't look like new grab yourself a bottle and some gloves and a pack of microfiber towels if you don't have any laying around, it's well worth the time especially with the longer nights coming soon. Here's the pics from the local Antique Mall of unique Dukes of Hazzard items https://previews.dropbox.com/p/thumb/AA9CmlbmgVlZx493s73hSvd8TO6mJoUEddmuMNvcUeLaJ7NFwyPygwa1mvn-CkeK8l9CvZT8U_VvYbJQJ46wxN7qRx8OlSqX83IUTaymTpS65nQLiOQsBfzzDqWtQpW0XbfEScyD9dI7CSe9-vqnA6GUvW-7st9CKMSCezPcpaBcRKxzH3jhWtKj8h1l_6K1SBXxP5UCOs1sYNCqscPbFfzIl0nJBWSuK6MmRpWNsR1uHEdc6db-VYu5U2o1B5FXH8F5JzCqsKwdE3ozv8LfAZdAro9mbiKzMRlgtLm9VgCH_OQBfb9YE_EDueFkmUMb9mT4mbAfHRc0CK7larsX6JRUTAQZFL_jW8T-_QOxsIyZId59eLv7Vl5bAk25-BJpn6A/p.jpeg?fv_content=true&size_mode=5 https://previews.dropbox.com/p/thumb/AA_4mKlnFbpCjGLZ8bPbvId7JZtT206CLMr_Ehje0vskHdy3X0jadgaynNQlTFAFwkFxdED8IJWQ63fjYbgwo7Ba3aFBxArscltGeOetjDwyRj_X0_mRR7c9i5LUVS4a_JKB4U-R7Y2eGr0nX5TUqr_upRs3e8o_neyOxlPzcUPmuL0fRrPjWO3EW2b6Rx0Pgkpyqi4gg7x5tCzaVui-8roIEU_7f4_IjjG55E3biDt6VSZEgFgHuX0Os4PulCmu1-xpgP6ZyHDIiAVkgTymvFSIgcufu7_ttiILHyusoAtLNHGhbUsnDL8Nzeqswkv84FLqApJG_OOMqL6AEf2EfJwANnthdjNjkbrGBMBfLC3tam-Mc9OcNSaVenYH_Vn0w6o/p.jpeg?fv_content=true&size_mode=5 https://previews.dropbox.com/p/thumb/AA-rc8yz11cSzkZflwTeEK8NrqpkEJbMiegH_5lI6jntfmd1YlvBvJQ6GqK-aZyYor-wgre9j0qqqWh2ZGR4DnOA4UaDo-P6x4AV81oSd2bf2TvOUdHjwDh9nAnCCJwP001xX88_ghFF3JaQ023_iSevNR22_5uXHXSB2WC5V4yka9_QNqAACgiV5oFV0FNZLDHfQ1sfO5NK3AotRtklTapKXIoa2sr3yCKznDseiecQlxwR_xQRKxMli3xOCk-sB-r36InFGMj0dDCfMUiGQ3o7p0qg_bkSk9e-3-jThx8H0RX94l5tIvRcxMhhAdkFoc5tinc59j-cCNrm9dUl4b_A8IZs56peSNaA-Xt84CM7kjoynOoC0lpTaIxXZl81Df0/p.jpeg?fv_content=true&size_mode=5 I might go back and get a few of these items if they haven't been sold.

  9. Who owns a General Lee besides me???

I was just going by his original post. It implies a FULL size car. Yes it is possible for a minor to own a car I looked it up it differs from state to state. However his parents had to co-sign for it regardless of what state it won't be fully his until 18. Made "friends" with the local sheriff implies he drove it and got busted. I noticed the quote marks around friends which means to me a negative impression. I don't know I still don't believe it and if anybody here does I got some real cheap Tennessee beachfront property to sell you.

Well...I own several General Lee cars. A remote control one and several model cars of different sizes of The General Lee... He didn't exactly clarify that it was a real car, but that he decided it was time to buy a car. They may not be real or driveable, but they're still cars.
