I just had to find a Dukes of Hazzard fourm. I am watching the show for the 1st time useing a online show site. (You pay to download them so its leagle) I am on season one ep 13. I am 28 years old and i was given a copy of the 2005 movie of Dukes of Hazzard and i love it, i love it, i love it and had to go find the "OLD" show... The only thing is that the site i use is missing eps on season 2. But i hope to find hard copy DVDs of that.. I am bidding on a General Lee on E-Bay. Hi I have been a fan of this show for years. I even met John Schneider back in the 80's when he appeared at the Eastern States Exposition in Springfield Mass. He held the door for my son and I! I love his albums and I actually wore out my cassette tape of "Too Good To Stop Now". I tried to get a CD but understand it is out of print. Dang it! Hello all, I have lurked on this site for a while and finally have taken the time to register. I was 10 years old when the Dukes first came on TV in 1979. I kept hearing others kids talking about this new TV show, so I asked one of them what it was. I was a bit confused by the title "The Dukes of Hazzard", but one of the kids explained the show. I've been a longtime lurker but figured I'd join in. I'm up in New Jersey but lived in Virginia from 1979 to 1985. During that time it was a family tradition to order pizza on Friday nights and watch the Dukes. Now I have the entire series on DVD so it's pizza and Dukes on Fridays all over again (but alone in my apartment. lol). Hi, all. I'm a newish Dukes of Hazzard fan as I first watched random episodes of the show on TV a few years ago and now I'm watching them in their respective order, so far I'm on Season 4 and really enjoying it. That said, I'm glad there's this community as the show has been deemed "racist" by the media and so many would rather avoid talking about it even though the boys, Hogg and everyone were never offensive/racist (Hogg and Rosco were corrupt and slimy, but that's their thing). I'm finishing up my 1977 Monaco Rosco cruiser. A prob I am having is how to properly install the drivers side mirror with out interfeering with the glass going up and down. Any chance someone may have a pic that shows the proper positioning for the mirror wire clips? Thanks

I've been a fan of the Dukes since they were on TV and making new episodes every week. (yeah, I got some age on me) I own all the seasons on DVD (and the new movie) and have a few die casts of the General. Anyway, I've had a couple Chargers over the years, but had to let them go for one reason or another. I just got a '79 F350 long wheel base wrecker. My intentions are to paint it yellow and put "Hazzard County Garage" on the door. I own a hotrod shop and I thought this would be a cool way to get projects to the shop. Especially considering I've gained a reputation for Ford trucks. My daily driver is a '79 F150 4x4. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

I was raised on reruns, and kind of took the values from the show and applied them to my life. I recently discovered my long lost love for the dukes when i purchased the seasons.
