I just watched Eddie Macon's Run for the first time. I liked it. John Schneider was in it and it had to be during the Duke period since it was released in 83 year I was born.

Any of y'all know this John Wayne movie?

Mine are : 1-Where The Red Fern Grows 2-Old Yeller 3-Crocodile Dundee 1, 2, & 3 4-Smokey and the Bandit 1, 2, & 3 5-Final Destination 1 & 2 I put the set for Crocodile Dundee, Smokey and the Bandit, and Final Destination because I liked them equally. By the way I don't see to many movies. I wanted to see Walk the Line but did not get it see it yet, I plan on getting it when it comes out on DVD.

Has anyone else watched this fantastic movie with John Schneider? Good wholesome family movie. "Spoiler Alert" Seems kinda funny seeing Bo Duke play a crook towards the end Another great John Schneider movie is Night of the Twisters

Just thought I'd let you guys know Days of Thunder is streaming for free on Pluto and other streaming apps this month, think it's the new 4k remaster.

I was watching the news today and they were talking about a movie that is out for streaming (or whatever that fancy stuff is called). It is titled "Arkansas" and stars Vince Vaughn, John Malkovic and (Thor's brother) Liam Hemsworth. It's about a small time Southern crime boss. I suspect that he isn't as nice as our favorite small time Southern crime Boss but still, they have some similiarities. I don't remember who wrote the book but the same guy who wrote the screenplay is also the same guy who directed it and stars in it. He said that the boss character reminded him of his grandfather. The name of this writer/director/ actor is Clark Duke! Yep, he's a Duke boy! A Duke …

Just read a story that the latest Furious movie destroyed most of the cars they bought for production including 9 1968-70 dodger Chargers . I know it's a drop in the bucket compared to how many were destroyed making the Dukes of Hazzard series but still sad to see 9 more go to the scrapyard. I'll be glad when this movie franchise is finally dead!

I think most people here remember the Cannonball Run movies for Catherine Bach in the Countach, but there was more Hazzard in it than only Cathy. In Speed Zone, which some people consider to be Cannonball Run 3, is John Schneider also driving a Countach. Both of these are quite known. There is more though, in the first part of the first Cannonball Run are some driving parts which looks like the exact same roads as from the Georgia episodes on Dukes. OK…saw I saw Eddie Macon's run day before yesterday and Snow Beast yesterday. This thread is to talk about movies that John Schneider has either acted in or I think he directs to…and it doesn't have to be just John if he and other members of the Dukes cast is in it that's OK too. And I would like suggestions for movies to watch. I have Netflix so…if I have titles I can look for movies and watch them.

Miyazaki last movie. He's just announced retirement (I'll confess I've cried ). I've seen nearly ALL Studio Ghibli's movies, and in a World of "emotional pornography" (in movies, books, stories) I love these oasis of genuine and positive emotions. THANKS Hayao!! You gave me a lot, and I've learnt a LOT.

One of the BEST movies I've ever seen. Poetic, emotional, intense. And the sound-track... OMG, the sound-track is amazing (uh, well, Joe Hisaishi is great, always!!) OK, I admit I'm a fan of oriental movies....

So I just finish watching Smokey and the Bandit and watched the part with Sonny in it. But when he flew into that pond of water, I just had to laugh. The only thing I could think was, "He wasn't thinking that he would be doin' that more." I couldn't help thinking that since it's true. I wonder what he thought when he did have to do it, even though he was in a car and not on a motorcycle.

Anyone else seen Top Gun in Imax 3D? I saw it yesterday and it looked AMAZING. The first time I saw the whole thing. Now I love it. Commence the continual listening to the album. (Just normal me when I'm into something new.)
