I've been taking a look at the number of posts we've got on record for everybody. I was just curious because MaryAnne had posted an announcement about trying to break the traffic laws - I mean, the traffic records, for number of users on the forums at one time. I read in a tv guide from my sunday paper about a new made for tv dukes movie or show called The Dukes of Hazzard a new beginning coming out next year. Has anybody heard anything about it?

Hi. Yes, I know I'm making a shameless plug for the Hazzard County Book Club in the groups area. Just so you all know, there is a group in the group area for people who like reading Dukes fan fiction but not nessarily writting it called 'The Hazzard County Book Club'. So far there are only four members but I would like to see that increase. What the group is about is reading a fan fic then getting together and talking about it. On the Hazzardnet home page 'Strange visitor to Hazzard' is touted as the worst episode. So where does 'Robot P Coltrane' fit into this equation ? I can't seriously believe that 'Robot' is a better episode than 'Strange visitor' or do I need to re-watch. Sure its far fetched but for me it makes a change for the usual stuff.

Anybody else's Collier & Co DVD skip at the filling station scene? This is my second copy from Amazon. Both of them skipped in the same place. Overall loved the movie. Just made me want more Dukes. Dukes of Hazzard:The Next Generation is just sitting there waiting to be made. Hughie Hogg is the villian, Bo and Luke's sons are the heroes, along with Daisy and Enos' daughter. Bring back the surviving original cast. Give it the edge of the first five eps. Make it a direct to DVD film if you have too. It's a hit. Robbie

Hey Y'all! Rosco always treats Flash like Family, afterall, when he wrote his will he gave everything to Flash except of course those things his mamma would want! I have a Big Ol' Paint Quarter Horse, Frankie; a miniature, Boomer; a white cat, Ratty; another white cat, Adrian; and my favorite, a black cat KITT. Unfortunately they all live out in the barn. In the current issue of Mopar Muscle, on newstands now through 09/14, there's a picture on page 8 of a German Shepard sittin' behind the wheel of a General Lee. It's a cute picture - the dog looks like he just pulled the car up and parked it. Anyhow, they got a caption contest goin' on for this photo - no big prize, but the winner gets their name in the magazine, and a small gift of some sort. Be fun to enter, just to get the braggin' rights if ya win. One more thing to add to yer resume' !

I'm usually pretty open about my health. You guys know I've been sick for a while now (about 2 1/2 years). My doctors and I assumed it was my autoimmune disease because the symptoms were indicative of that. So, we've been treating it that way. I wasn't getting any better though. So, last December, I insisted that my GI doc do an endoscopy to check on some issues. Well, on March 13th, she informed me that one of the samples she had taken for biopsy turned out to be neuroendocrine cancer (the bad news). Turns out neuroendocrine cancer, which is rare, also has a lot of the same symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I saw an oncologist and he ordered a PET scan, which I fou…

My 7yr loves the dukes room painted orange vintage curtains cars everything. He was luke duke last year this year he wanted to be The General Lee and since I think the sun sets and rises in him I made this costume!!

I can't get the gallery to work it keeps saying something like down for matainance or something why won't it work it's been saying that for quite a while.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Things have been pretty quiet here so I was thinking about starting a facebook account. I've never had one but would only use it for Dukes stuff. I see HazzardNet is connected to facebook somehow but is it as easy to navigate as HN for a low tech guy like me?
