Well today we went to a Fourth of July parade and what would ya believe I saw? A little lawn mower I think it was was in it and had a '01' spray painted on it and at the bottom it had the words 'General Lee'. I wish I could have gotten a picture but I noticed it too late, and there were so many little kids in front of us wanting candy.

Since I know there's a few Confederate War historians here on the Hazzardnet I thought I'd share this story that I ran across in the Erie (PA) Times-News earlier this week. Most of us look at the Civil War as ancient history, but this story made me realize it's not that ancient after all. When I saw the obituary of Maudie White Hopkins and it was sub-titled "Was Widow of Confederate soldier" I thought for sure that it was a misprint. I was wrong. I loved the Dukes of Hazzard but I thought up a series I am gonna post on here two southern boys Andy and Roy Jones and their blue car with a white 07 on the side the car`s name is Typhoon they live in Alabama and they help fight against the crooked cops and wicked mayor with their mechanic friend Hank Michigan I will start posting the series online starting this February the 17th

ok, so this has always stumped me, if they are so broke, and really dont have much money to throw around. They drive 24/7 and burn gas constantly, where do they get the money for pay for it all, i mean i have figure on one conclusion, is to get it from cooter.. but for free? maybe sombody can help me out on this one?

Ok so we all love them for bringing them back! but latley and its currently the 11th of sept 2005, they only air the show at like 2am now!! until october 4th! then they go back to 10pm. but honeslt lol i have school and i cant be up till 3 to watch the dukes, as much as i would love to, i mean what do they think they are doing, I say Damn the new show" ed" good show, but they took over the airing time that was convinient. Anybody else a bit pisses about this?

Today is the 110th birthday of the air conditioner. I say this calls for a party! I love my A/C. Saw this posted on my local news site and had to share.

Hi, I am wondering if any of you here on this board no anything about this metal plaque of the General Lee. They are signed by Tom Sarmento and there are only 750 of them. It is It is 18 3/8" Long, 5" High and 1/8" thick metal. Thank you for any info on this.

Summary Dukes are up to the usual shenanigans again this time Ponch and Jon get involved. It takes place around 1979. Ponch and Jon get lost and wind up in Hazzard County Jail and of course, the Duke boys “bail” them out that is when all the fun begins.

I am an old fan...and would like to know where specifically in California did they film the original series, well besides Hollywood. I am looking for specific location so I can go see if there is anything left. I understand the fires last year destroyed alot of it. So I would need to know what little town. valley name, landmark of any kind etc so I can locate the area in the country that they did most of the chase scenes. Thanks In advance

I was watching both season's and I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed the way the episodes may be a bit mixed up because one minute daisy had a car the next she had a jeep the 2 episodes or when Enos left of LA in the second episode of season 3 then the 4th episode he's back anyone else notice this?

OK, I kinda thought this would be fun: My boyfriend and I recently spent a week in Bradenton, FL with his family. While there, we spotted a General Lee that, well frankly, didn't quite make it as a General. (It was more of a Corporal Lee or something.) In his words, "It was General-Lee bad." (Pun intended. ) We're talking an early seventies vehicle of an undetermined make and model, definitely not a Dodge nor a Charger. The orange was all wrong, and the "01" was stenciled on the side in an ugly light blue. But, it's the thought that counts!
