i've been wanting a blizzard all year and i finally got one for my birthday.lol how much snow are ya'll gettin outa this? up here in north central ohio, we're supposed to get about a foot! so far i think we got 3 or 4 inches. we had like 2 inches by 2 pm. they let us out of school a little early cause of it.

I just saw the video on CMT from Mark Wills - 19 Somethin'. He drives up in the General Lee . The band is at a drive-in and behind them is the General Lee and black trans am - Bandit's T/A . Great song about growing up in the 70's as a kid and then a teen in the 80's. That is my generation in the song, kid in the 70's, teen in 80's...Can't say enough about it...It might an old song, but that was the first time I saw the video.. Darrell

Unless you pay close attention, you may think that Cooter always wears the same hat (probably the one in the title sequence). Bo and Luke even chat about Cooter wearing the same old hat in 'Welcome Back Bo and Luke'. But if you DO pay close attention, you'll know that that Cooter wears no less than 9 different caps during the run of the 7 seasons. If you count the two reunion movies, then the total is 11. While I was reading the meeting minutes - I couldn't help myself - I started laughing - due to the fact that you say you mess up the forum enough yourselfs. I think that you should email me that whole conversation that you had so that I can save it to a computer disk and transport it to my computer which isn't on the net.But then I would need to have someone let me know they are going to emasil it to me so it doesn't end up in the junk mail pile.

Hi All, I bought seasons 1 and 2 on DVD. While watching Season 1 and Daisy's Song, Daisy is talking to the sleazy record executive about how her voice sounds like two country singers. The second singer's name that is spoken comes out as "Loretta Lynn", but the characters lips when speaking don't seem to indicate the words "Loretta Lynn". Does someone know what happened? Did the Dukes have to change the name as the original person did not want their name mentiioned? Thanks,

I can't seem to locate the thread, but recently a few of us had a discussion on where the closest hospital to Hazzard is. In "Comrade Duke" there IS a Hazzard Hospital. The 2 signs for it are only shown briefly so pressing pause is a good idea to catch it. I should say "to catch one of them" since the second sign is barely visible at all. The street is not given but the street number is 1312. I think this is overlooked for two reasons. 1) Of course because the signs appears so briefly. 2) This is a season 5 episode that has Coy and Vance and those episodes haven't been rewatched as often. Possum on a gumbush. I'm gone.

Hey y'all Every year in my school we have something called the Gold Medal Essay. It's basically an excuse for teachers to see how creative we are. There's five classes per year, and in each class there's one winner. My class did the essay after the Easter break. We were supposed to plan it over Easter but being Irish I kept putting it off and thinking that "sure it'll be grand". On the day of the essay I still decided that I'd "be grand". When english class started I looked at the titles for a few minutes. I can't remember much of them but two that I remember are "After the War..." and "Things That Make Me Happy". My fiance bought me 8 flannel shirts, a cobra cb, and parts for my truck for christmas. The ringtone for my cellphone, is the closing to the dukes of hazzard. I have a #3, tattooed on my shoulder, and a rebel flag on my arm. My Idea of dressing up, is tucking in my shirt, and changing hats. For an aniversery present, I sung my fiance, good hearted woman by waylon. You had a Ford Escort, that laid rubber in 3 out of 4 gears. I destroyed my truck, by getting air, over a small hill, and railroad tracks. I bought that truck from a junkyard. I can the differece between good moonshine and the cheap stuff. Marlboro, and Budweiser, sent me a Christmas card.

Well, it finally happeaned. I got hit with a ubervirus last night that completely destroyed my PC and everything on it. :x But not to panic, I can still chat on my Dad's laptop and managed to save most of my files before everything went to hell. I just may not be able to chat as often or as late because me and Dad with be vying for it. Plus I have the computers at school. I'm just gonna be down for a couple of days because Dad took his laptop to a seminar. In fact, the only real casuality was a fic I was writing called Reunion. It was 16 pages long when I crashed. I was listening to some of John's music (mostly his older stuff, I don't really vibe wife his newer stuff) and I thought that it would be a wonderful idea to add it to my record collection but wanted to ask you guys two things A: is it even worth it? Hi All, I'm new here! I am arranging a Dukes of Hazzard 40th birthday party for my dear hubbie in 5 weeks time. I am getting a big canvas banner made to look like the "Welcome to Hazzard County" sign but I haven't been able to find an actual image of it - can anyone help me? I want it to be as authentic as possible. I have confederate bunting, confederate flags and a big flagpole, a dozen strawbales, moonshine punch etc etc all sorted. We are even going to have our bright orange 1970's VW camper van dressed up as The General Lee's big daddy! I am going as Daisy, my hubbie as Bo, our son as Roscoe and our 3tr old daughter as a young Daisy! Its going to be great fun but …

Alright Hazzard experts, I've got a trivia question for ya. What episode is it that has Bo and Luke in jail and they use their fishing poles to reach the keys and escape? Please help me out. I have access to the seasons on DVD but this is more efficient than watching them all through just to find this. That'd take...many days.
