Dukes of Hazzard Episodes

I searched the forum, but didn't see any mention of this. In episode 2 -- Daisy's Song -- the cousin's go to talk to Cooter. He's working on a white car that looks A LOT like a Chrysler 300(?) from the mid-late '50's. Now, in what little I know -- that was the car that Jerry Rushing used and the car that was in "Moonrunners" -- the 1975 picture penned by Gy Waldron, the Dukes creator. So, the question is: Was that the actual "Traveller" from the movie? Funny too, that Cooter drives the same color scheme Gran Torino in the first episode that Starsky (or Hutch) had in that tv show. I’m watching the 2nd episode “Daisy’s Song” at the moment. I love rewatching things that I’ve seen a ton of times, and still finding aspects I’ve never really thought about or noticed before! But, at the beginning when Daisy rushes out of the farm house (the original Duke farm house) to tell the family that her song is on the radio, there’s these other houses or sheds/cabins up behind them—and/or on the same property! I wonder whose those were...and what purpose did they serve? The Dukes didn’t have farm hands that I know of (they couldn’t afford them). How big was the Duke farm (all this pretending Hazzard world was real )? Just fun new questions that I know p…

I have seasons 2,3,4,5. Are there any above the average shows I should watch? I just got seasons 2 and 5 for christmas. I've had 3 and 4 for a while longer than I've had 2 and 5 but 3 is my oldest set. I can't wait for season 6 to come out, it has alot of the episodes I want to see.

Love this episode, and I wish Jerry Rushing had had a recurring role as Ace, and shown up in more episodes...considering he basically was DOH, as they created the show mainly based off his real-life story! But, the supposed Richard Petty wreck that Bo & Luke buy from Ace, is said to have been referred to as “Lee 1”...as it was originally a Charger turned into the General Lee—and was supposedly the very first jump on the show, in the Pilot. Which is said to be the jump over Rosco, in front of the Oxford College in Georgia, and forever included in the show’s opening. It totaled the car (obviously ) and later was repainted & used as the wreck in this episod…

I’m sure this has been brought up before, but I am currently watching the episode Happy Birthday General Lee right now. We all know the General Lee was a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T (although all models of both 69 & 68 Chargers were all customized to be the General for the show). However, in this episode (7th Season premiere—& directed by Tom Wopat) the old-codger junk car dealer tells the gold dust robbers that the Duke boys bought the...wrecked black “68 Coupe”, when they break out of jail & come looking for it. But, why did he say that?? The old black Charger the robbers first drove then Bo & Luke buy wasn’t a 68, it was a 69 like it was supposed to be...so…

is one of my favortie episodes! Cute bad guys, 8) Rosco eating Boss's sundae, decent attempt to frame Bo and Luke, nice chase moments especially how the clone General ends up. Daney

Off the top of my head,I can remember 4 episodes where the general lee was chasing a patrol car! So can you remember them,and were there more then 4 episodes ??? And one more thing,how the heck do you get pics on here,what in the world am I suppose to type to get picks????? Why can't we just browse and click and bingo there it is??????? All TV shows have stupid moments or moments when characters do something that makes you want to smack them upside the head and say "WHAT WERE YOU THINKIN?!" Well, I'm sure there are plenty of moments like that on the Dukes. In a little game of Pool what is the color that Rosco wants to paint the General Lee and why does he like that Color?

The episodes are great don't get me wrong, but when watching Dukes of Hazzard I'd much rather see Bo & Luke than their replacements. Oh, and the jumps General Lee made I just love it. As cool as KITT is, never as much as the General. 😆

In the x-mas episode all of the dukes where wearing something different. Bo had on a green flannel, luke was still in flannel but it was brown. So dose anyone know if this happen in other episodes?

While Boss, Rosco, and Enos have all had crashes in the drink, it seems that Deputy Cletus Hogg has been dunked more times than anybody else, and it seems funnier when he goes into the Hazzard Pond or some form of water. What is your favorite dunking moment with Cletus? Mine is the Great Bank Robbery Season four. Cletus goes into Hazzard Pond 3 TIMES!!! OK guys, I got one for you. In this episode, when the Jethro brothers are talking to boss about how much they will pay him to help them, get the turbo charger, boss says, or so it seems, " $15,000 coin of the realm", which is a common phrase meaning the money that is made and spent in the current government, but look closely at his mouth and the words he forms and listen very closely and it sure seems like he's saying " $ 15,000 corner to the rim". Which, if you think about it would also make sense, because it ( whatever the matter being discussed is) , is being taken from the corner of an object to the rim of said object. Hey Group. So I'm just trying to keep a tradition post from 14 years ago I'm definitely a brand new member only been here a few months but found this forum awsome and just want to help out those that prefer to watch the dukes of hazzard in episode order where it makes sense. Credit to the poster. The list is a bit different then how they were released on the DVD sets or the order they were aired. I want to point out . S3 is missing " Uncle Boss and Baa Baa White Sheep" I guess that s the order you could watch the episodes in. Bo Duke isn't in Baa Baa White sheep.

Hey y'all. I've just finished watching Welcome Back Bo and Luke.Its always going to be one of my favourite episodes,mainly because it was one of the first ones i can remember But during the race between the Dukes and Pete Willis,when Rosco and Enos overtake Daisy and crash into each other,as their cars go flying into the lake a)it would make a great painting b)as Rosco and Enos are screaming,it sounds as if Enos says "ah-haha oh ****" Is that just me or does he say oh ****?

I wasn’t sure if this is the right place to bring up the first reunion TV movie, or not...but the other ‘movie’ thread looks to be mainly about the 2005 feature film, and not the “real” Dukes. Anyway, just watched Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion (1997) last night. I remember watching both this & Hollywood when they first aired—probably still have the VHS recordings of them boxed up somewhere. Out of both reunion movies I like the Reunion one best as it still takes place in Hazzard & Uncle Jesse is still around. But, the only 2 issues I have are the General used & the end...where at the last second Daisy backs out of the wedding & dumps poor Enos—again! …

I just watched Swamp Molly. You guys ever notice when Bo is in the " Naked Baby Ice Cream " truck, that there are cars in front of him as he braces for the hit from behind but when he gets hit and lunges forward, there is clear space to go into the water?

This episode has one of the greatest ending phrases! A body or a car is never too old as long as it's got the fightin' spirit! I think this is a great inspirational line!

I love it this show when I seen Rosco and Enos drive crazy three wheel motorcycle that I look for it.. it funny.. and and Bo and Luke almost argue over same girls... that I love one show I though was be in fourth season... to be.. that funny... thanks.
