SWIMMING WITH CLETUS: YOUR FAVORITE CLETUS DUNKINGS

Featured Replies

Greetings from Hazzard Tn.

After doing a post about Rosco's funniest moments, I got to thinking about another funny repetitive situation. While Boss, Rosco, and Enos have all had crashes in the drink, it seems that Deputy Cletus Hogg has been dunked more times than anybody else, and it seems funnier when he goes into the Hazzard Pond or some form of water. What is your favorite dunking moment with Cletus?

Mine is the Great Bank Robbery Season four. Cletus goes into Hazzard Pond 3 TIMES!!! And each time, Waylon has had something fun to comment on.

1: After Cletus's first dunking, he tries to talk to the Dukes, chases them on foot, slips, and falls into some spilled water on the street. Waylons' comment: I swear if it rained soup, ole Cletus's bowl would be upside down.

2: After his second dunking, Waylon says something like: While Cooter was pumping the sludge out of Cletus's car... Again..,

3: Third dunking:

CLETUS: Oh no not again!

WAYLON: Yes Cletus. Again.

That's my favorite of Cletus's dunkings. When I met Rick Hurst, I loved his comment about having to get a wet suit.

Cheers.
