Here are some drawings I did of the General Lee

When I first met Rick, it was in the 90's, so the WWW was in its infancy. When I told him about HazzardNet's predecessor (the Hazzard County Sheriff's Department on Prodigy), he was excited there was a community of fans online still discussing and enjoying the show. He told me he'd be right back and when he returned, he handed me an enormous folder of 8x10s, several of them signed. That was very generous of him. I still have them packed away from the move, but when I find them (someday), I will scan them in and put them on the site. When I mentioned where I worked at the time, we had a connection there and he told me some amazing stories. We just had an awesome conversation. He was very personable and gracious. At the Dukesfest in '01, I got to do an impromptu square dance with him and Jimmie. Good times. I would've liked to have gotten to know him better, but my health and work situations over the years didn't permit me to get to events as much as I'd have liked.

All of my photos on here are posted using an external image hosting site. There are many to choose from, and most offer a limited amount of free hosting.

Well done, Skipper. I also remembered the scene but not the episode. Watching the scene again, I remembered that it slightly annoyed me. When Boss reveals his string of dollar signs, every other one should be mirrored if they were cut out of a single piece of paper, but they all face the same way.

Happy Halloween guys!! unfortunately, I come from a family who don't celebrate things much outside Christmas so I'm not doing anything, but my mom bought me some candy last week (which is already almost gone) and I have a cool halloween outfit on Red Dead Redemption Online! Might brave up and watch some horror movies tonight...not sure

Wow. You guys are awesome. I feel like a chooch. I made a post 5 years ago and y’all responded and I ghosted you. So, my wife planned a surprise trip to Covington, GA with the fam. Got To visit the jump sites from the first 5 episodes, meet some other cool Dukes fans AND John Schneider happened to be in town after a convention in Atlanta. Talk about an amazing day! Then, hit Cooters Garage in Pigeon Forge, TN a couple days later. Anyway, I’m totally geeking out on all things Dukes again and looking forward to checking out the forums here! I still love your artwork recreations, Hoss!

My parents were married 67 years, just a few months shy of 68 years when dad passed. They got married at 19 (mom) and 21 (dad). I've been married almost 23 years. My oldest sister celebrates anniversary #32 this year and my other sister will celebrate #26 later this year. So, my advice would be to find someone who's been married a long time and get advice from them! Because whatever my mom and dad were doing right, it seemed to rub off on us kids. My mom always told me that the key to a long marriage was.... 2 tv sets. And for the record, all of us kids have more than 1 tv set.

it's been a long time since I updated this thread, and a long time since I did any work to any vehicles in general, but I expect to resume some of my efforts soon, so I wanted to catch this thread up. A while back I built a TWS CJ7 Jeep RC kit. I made some minor modifications in that I printed a modified set of seats from the 69 Charger model that I printed the 69 Charger interior from. I did this because the TWS kit came with the later high-back style seats. The earlier CJ7s like they used in the show had the low back seats which looked very similar to the charger seats, so that was a good way to get the right style seats. Additionally, I was able to carefully cut out the doors on the lexan body and I hope to build some hinges so I can put them on when desired, but that's a project for another day. Because of the open jeep design, it was absolutely necessary to have a driver, and these options were very limited. There aren't any action figures that look anything like Daisy. I looked into some of the proper sized action figures available on Ebay but those seem to be aimed mostly at Cosplay people and perverts. They're expensive, anatomically accurate for pornstars, and the clothing all needs to be bought separately. Since my daughter is involved in this whole process, that approach was scrapped and I found this 3d printable option that I decided to go with. It doesn't really look like Daisy, but it's better than the scale pornstar option! Next step for the Jeep is a more correct wheel/tire package and the decals. I'm not terribly impressed with the decal set that I bought on Ebay, so I'll probably work up my own and have MCI print them for me. He's the one that I got the General decals from, and the one that printed the police decals that I designed. Hopefully soon I'll start my 3rd General Lee build.

Well, I got laid off due to a client bankruptcy and the tech sector job market is pretty terrible right now. Gotta make some money and keep HazzardNet running somehow.

I want to apologize for my swearing, I tried to censor myself best I could, but you can only be so polite when angry. I would also like to apologize for dumping all of this on you without posting much, I just wasn't sure where else to post it, people don't really interact with me much anywhere else And I want to thank all of you for your kind words. I understand that not much can help in a random forum I found, but sometimes just seeing a reply notification can help loads

I DO have a degree in Psychology but like Roger said, it's hard to help over the computer. We are......nevertheless, here for you/with you!

Wow! That is a lot....and none of it good. We care about you and are concerned, but I'm sure you know there is only so much we can do on forums like these. It sure sounds like you need more help than internet friends can provide so I suggest you reach out to local organizations that can help. If you don't know where to go maybe you can contact your county health department and they can point you in the right direction. Churches also can offer help but if you aren't inclined to go that route I understand. We have all been at low points in our lives and talking about it is always the most important step to get better and that means face to face counseling with someone who is trained to help. Please seek out a person like that and keep us updated.

Catherine is in the hospital due to an embolism, likely a complication from recent surgery. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. John Schneider gave an update saying it sounds like she's doing well.

I play this, it has Online and Story mode, and story mode takes place in 1899 and is about an outlaw gang at the end of the wild west trying to navigate the new world and its SAD. I've watched grown men cry over it. Online mode takes place a few years before story mode starts, and it also has Red Dead Redemption 1 which takes place in the early 1900s but I dont have that yet I've also recently started playing this older PS1 (?) game on my laptop called Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. I downloaded it cause Cole Hauser was in it (love that guy), BUT HE WAS ONLY IN THE FIRST SCENE, I'm so upset. It's based on a movie called "Pitch Black" from 2000(?) and I think there's a sequel but Cole isn't in it, so I don't care to watch it Oh and sometimes I play a Harry Potter game but thats only if my bf is online and we're both bored of RDO and He wants me to play Fortnite so I might give it a try

Watching from behind, Jesse sees Hobie take advantage of Garrett's misfortune and pull beside his car. From Jesse's view it looks like both cars crossed the finish line at the same time. The checkered flag waves. It appears Jesse won't know the winner until he finishes the race and asks. All he knows is that it looks like a photo finish. Skipper clearly has third place wrapped up. Losing to a guy pulling a yacht is a bit humiliating but Jesse is happy for Skipper. Now, there's the business of fifth place. He looks at Emma. There just might be a photo finish for fifth place too.

Jesse gets on the CB to Skipper "This ain't looking too good Skipper. If it wasn't me who was going to win this race I was hoping you were going to. But I don't see how we can catch either one of these guys. And to make matters worse it's getting downright dangerous back here. It's starting to look like your boat hitch is starting to come loose. I'd hate to see it come undone....but it would make you faster. But the bad news is (Jesse starts singing) The Minnow would be lost...The Minnow would be lost. And it's getting dangerous on my other side too. Emma keeps staring at me and taking her eyes off the race track. I'm really starting to be sorry I agreed to this. Remind me to tell Hobie next year I'm not doing it."

No. They are both Cadillac Series 62s, but Grady's momma drove a 1959 model while Newtie drove a 1961.

The ages of the characters are never revealed (except for Abraham Lincoln Hogg by his driver's licence, and therefore his twin brother, Boss), but the subject has been discussed a few times before. Here are three threads to get you started: Ages of dukes I have a question??? What were the real ages of cast? Anyone know? Aside from the flashback episodes ('Go West, Young Dukes' and 'Happy Birthday, General Lee'), and the shown-out-of-order season 2 episodes, I think Dukes ran chronologically, although not many storylines crossed episodes or seasons. An example of this is T.C. Rogers becoming Supervisory Administrator of Hazzard County in 'People's Choice' (S2E11), but then she was never mentioned again. Of course, the 2005/2007 movies completely ignored the canon of the TV series, but that's another story!

Strange coincidence: She watches that Diners Drive Ins and Dives food show. Today they were at a rural restaurant and the host Guy Fieri asked if Bo and Luke Duke come in the drive thru often.

Apologies for the lateness of my F1 review - I've had a busy week! Here's what happened at last weekend's Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Imola, Italy. The McLarens looked to have the pace all through the three free practice sessions, but could only manage first and fourth on the grid (Oscar Piastri ahead of Lando Norris). They were split by the Red Bull of Max Verstappen and the Mercedes of George Russell. Neither Ferrari made it into the top 10, which disappointed their fans so close to their factory. The other Mercedes driver, 18-year-old rookie Kimi Antonelli, grew up near the track and had invited many friends and family to the race, but could only qualify 13th. Oscar made a good start, but Max got around him almost immediately. Lando had to wait until lap 11 to pass George and set off after his team mate. Oscar pitted early, and then Lando pitted just before Esteban Ocon's car pulled off to retire from the race, bringing out a virtual safety car. That gave Max and many others an easy pit stop and shook up the order. Lewis Hamilton, who'd been stuck behind Kimi since the start, finally managed to pass him on lap 34, and continued to make progress through the field. Sadly for his local fans, Kimi had to retire on lap 46. That brought out a full safety car which allowed for more easy pit stops for some. Max held the lead at the restart and went on to win the race. Behind him, Lando and Lewis each overtook their team mates on track. Charles Leclerc briefly passed Alex Albon, but his team told him to give the place back to avoid a penalty as he pushed Alex off the road to make the move. At the flag, the top 10 were: 1 Max Verstappen 2 Lando Norris 3 Oscar Piastri 4 Lewis Hamilton 5 Alexander Albon 6 Charles Leclerc 7 George Russell 8 Carlos Sainz Jnr 9 Isack Hadjar 10 Yuki Tsunoda Lewis said it was the first time he felt at home in the Ferrari after joining the team at the start of the season. I don't know but I've heard Cooter has done something to his wrecker...souped it up or something......you guys watch out for him. I'm still wondering what in the name of Hazzard, Uncle Jesse's done to his truck. He had to do something, to make his truck able to compete! souped it up, got another engine or something!

Okay but it has to have wheels. You pulling it with something? That's 3. If other people don't enter we should enter them anyways and then to punish them for not participating we'll just give them flat tires early in the race!

And we need people like Tom to keep the Hazzard tradition alive long after we are up in Hazzard Heaven. That is why we are so excited to have you here Tom....well, that and you are so cool.
