Here are some drawings I did of the General Lee

When I first met Rick, it was in the 90's, so the WWW was in its infancy. When I told him about HazzardNet's predecessor (the Hazzard County Sheriff's Department on Prodigy), he was excited there was a community of fans online still discussing and enjoying the show. He told me he'd be right back and when he returned, he handed me an enormous folder of 8x10s, several of them signed. That was very generous of him. I still have them packed away from the move, but when I find them (someday), I will scan them in and put them on the site. When I mentioned where I worked at the time, we had a connection there and he told me some amazing stories. We just had an awesome conversation. He was very personable and gracious. At the Dukesfest in '01, I got to do an impromptu square dance with him and Jimmie. Good times. I would've liked to have gotten to know him better, but my health and work situations over the years didn't permit me to get to events as much as I'd have liked.

That was Sleepy City in 'Go West, Young Dukes'.

Happy Halloween guys!! unfortunately, I come from a family who don't celebrate things much outside Christmas so I'm not doing anything, but my mom bought me some candy last week (which is already almost gone) and I have a cool halloween outfit on Red Dead Redemption Online! Might brave up and watch some horror movies tonight...not sure

Wow. You guys are awesome. I feel like a chooch. I made a post 5 years ago and y’all responded and I ghosted you. So, my wife planned a surprise trip to Covington, GA with the fam. Got To visit the jump sites from the first 5 episodes, meet some other cool Dukes fans AND John Schneider happened to be in town after a convention in Atlanta. Talk about an amazing day! Then, hit Cooters Garage in Pigeon Forge, TN a couple days later. Anyway, I’m totally geeking out on all things Dukes again and looking forward to checking out the forums here! I still love your artwork recreations, Hoss!

Hello! I figured since I might be drawing fanart more often that it would be a better idea to have one thread/topic than to post it all on it's own every time, and I have a really good piece to start it with. It's a drawing I did of Bo with a horse. The song "My Rifle, My Pony and Me" kept coming up on Spotify and I got really inspired for some reason, so I drew the song. (except the rifle, I didn't want to render that much metal AND wood) My friend is a horse girl and she said that Bo would have a Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare named Miss Joanne. It's my biggest project ever, with the multiple subjects and more body than just the head. I had a lot of fun with it, adding a bunch of little details that I'm sure most of them won't be found partially due to the bad quality I had to upload it in so it could fit, but I also think the bigger ones won't be understood. I'm not saying you guys are dumb, I'm saying that I probably didn't make it understandable as a reference and made it look more like just a design choice or a coincidence. Also, apologies for not posting/commenting anything, I haven't known what to say. The only dukes thing I've done/seen/thought of besides this drawing, is I made a wallpaper and lockscreen for a friend. I swear I haven't forgotten about this forum, and I'm still a fan!

I've been here 18 years and have 15,500 posts and I still have no clue what I'm doing. The HazzardNet is a lot like Hazzard....total chaos. If it wasn't it would be boring. We are happy to have you Davy and hope you stay a long time. Do you have a favorite character?

True. I don't trust Meadowmufn. She's just too good of friends with the Sheriff. Speaking of which, I wonder if Rosco is going to let her drive his car in the Moonshine 400. If she does, ignore the siren. She will probably use it to trick us into slowing down.

My parents were married 67 years, just a few months shy of 68 years when dad passed. They got married at 19 (mom) and 21 (dad). I've been married almost 23 years. My oldest sister celebrates anniversary #32 this year and my other sister will celebrate #26 later this year. So, my advice would be to find someone who's been married a long time and get advice from them! Because whatever my mom and dad were doing right, it seemed to rub off on us kids. My mom always told me that the key to a long marriage was.... 2 tv sets. And for the record, all of us kids have more than 1 tv set.

Catherine is in the hospital due to an embolism, likely a complication from recent surgery. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. John Schneider gave an update saying it sounds like she's doing well.

Skyrim is a medieval style game where you get to slay dragons and go on many quests. You also accumulate money and can buy houses in different cities. You can even get married. Non of the women you can marry are as pretty as Emma Tisdale though.

I've just spent the evening at a bar (very unusual for me) listening to a couple of local guys playing live music on acoustic guitars. It was a good mix of traditional Irish songs and old favorites. What surprised me was the number of Americans at the bar. The first people I spoke to were from just across the Indiana border from Chicago, but there were three groups from California (Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles), one from Seattle and another from Florida. I know where I live is a popular tourist destination, but I rarely get to speak to the visitors.

I was just watching a season 3 episode of The Fall Guy called 'Pirates of Nashville'. The main storyline was about bootlegged Country records, so Colt and gang had to fly to Nashville and visit The Grand Ole Opry. The first singer they met was Dottie West - one of Boss' Celebrity Speed Trap victims. A couple of others like Mickey Gilley were mentioned, but not seen. Then Charlie Daniels and his band showed up to perform 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia'. The episode also featured Miriam Byrd-Nethery who appeared in two episodes of Dukes. The episode finished with Colt losing a bet and having to sing the show's theme song which was portrayed as having been written by Howie. I'm no expert on Tennessee geography, but the street signs in the urban car chase looked suspiciously like the ones in LA, and the out-of-town chase went down roads lined with white fencing that were very like the ones often seen in Dukes (e.g. W Potrero Road in Westlake Village).

I can’t believe it in a sense, but there it is. Rick Hurst has crossed the creek on that rainbow bridge, now not only reunited with his kinfolk, but also a lot of the Dukes family who’ve gone on before him. I’m saddened I never got to meet him, I think it would have been fun to know him. God bless y’all. Tom Duke

The ages of the characters are never revealed (except for Abraham Lincoln Hogg by his driver's licence, and therefore his twin brother, Boss), but the subject has been discussed a few times before. Here are three threads to get you started: Ages of dukes I have a question??? What were the real ages of cast? Anyone know? Aside from the flashback episodes ('Go West, Young Dukes' and 'Happy Birthday, General Lee'), and the shown-out-of-order season 2 episodes, I think Dukes ran chronologically, although not many storylines crossed episodes or seasons. An example of this is T.C. Rogers becoming Supervisory Administrator of Hazzard County in 'People's Choice' (S2E11), but then she was never mentioned again. Of course, the 2005/2007 movies completely ignored the canon of the TV series, but that's another story!

Hello, late reply and actually my first reply. I’m relatively new to this site but I’ve been a Dukes Fan for as long as I can remember! I am from Eastern Ontario, doesn’t look like there are many of us around here. I just made my first Trip in April to Cooters in Luray, Virginia. Sadly I haven’t meet any of the Cast Members the timing just didn’t work out, but I did get a hat signed by Ben Jones!

This is a bit of a sensitive subject to me since my collection of stuff was sold at a low point in my life in 1989 when I was struggling emotionally and financially from a divorce. Of course I have bought things since then but lost my motivation to replace it all. I'll sit this one out. Don't let me spoil the fun though.

It was the third race in the F1 triple-header today with the Spanish Grand Prix. The McLarens of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris locked out the front row of the grid ahead of Max Verstappen, George Russell and Lewis Hamilton. Lance Stroll apparently had a pain in his wrist related to a cycling accident a couple of years ago, although there were also reports of him losing his temper in the pits after qualifying. Either way, he didn't start the race, so there were only 19 cars on grid (I'm not sure why his Aston Martin team couldn't use a reserve driver). Oscar had a good getaway at the start, but Max managed to jump Lando. Lewis also passed George. Lando got back ahead of Max on lap 13. The Barcelona circuit is known for tire wear, and Red Bull put Max on a 3-stop strategy when most teams were planning on a 2-stop. Max was looking certain for third place until Kimi Antonelli's Mercedes engine gave out with just over 10 laps to go bringing out the safety car. All of the front runners went to the pits to change tires, but Max only had a set of the slower hard tires available. At the restart, Max's car nearly went sideways, allowing Charles Leclerc to pass. Max then went off-track as George tried to pass, but came out ahead. His team told Max to give the place back to George. Max wasn't happy about the instruction and appeared to deliberately hit George when it looked like he was letting him through. That earned Max a 10-second penalty and three points on his licence (he's now only one point away from a one race ban!). At the end, it was McLaren first and second with Oscar ahead of Lando. Charles got his second podium in a row with George in fourth. Nico Hulkenberg in his Kick Sauber surprised a lot of people by passing Lewis near the end to finish fifth. Max actually crossed the line in fifth, but his penalty pushed him back to 10th. In ninth, former World Champion Fernando Alonso was cheered by his home crowd as he scored his first points of the season. You can see the highlights here. Oscar is now 10 points ahead of Lando in the drivers' championship. In the constructors championship, McLaren have over double the points of their nearest rivals, Ferrari, who in-turn moved ahead of Mercedes today. It's two weeks until the next race in Canada.

I can't pick my favorites, but thats because I suck at picking favs. I like those songs too but I also kinda dig "I Need Someone to Miss" it's very sweet

You are lucky to have an awesome girlfriend like that. I can't get my wife into Dukes. She doesn't dislike it but doesn't like it enough to watch on a regular basis. Strange coincidence: She watches that Diners Drive Ins and Dives food show. Today they were at a rural restaurant and the host Guy Fieri asked if Bo and Luke Duke come in the drive thru often.

I don't know but I've heard Cooter has done something to his wrecker...souped it up or something......you guys watch out for him. I'm still wondering what in the name of Hazzard, Uncle Jesse's done to his truck. He had to do something, to make his truck able to compete! souped it up, got another engine or something!

I'm still deciding if I should ride the dirt bike or the white Ford F-150. Might not decide until the last minute. How many days before the race HH?

Let's all remember, it's the MoonShine 400 ( not like Daytona 500, Charlotte 500 etc. ) because we who started the race, can't stay sober long enough to make 500 laps! It's ok though. We have a lot of fun racing people we know and it's mainly a Hazzard County thing, so we don't have to worry about outsiders crashing the party!! I hope everyone has had a great day. my advice.....DON'T DO IT!!! It's like smoking....don't even start!! Studies have shown that dating leads to marriage and that marriage, in this country, is the leading cause of divorce! ( Don't believe me?? Think on this!.....100% of the people you know that are divorced, at one time, were married! It's the 2nd biggest mistake I ever made in my life!

Last year on the social media channels, I ran HazzardNet Hysteria (the Dukes version of March Madness). It didn't even occur to me to post about it on the forums. I will be posting polls here for y'all to vote too. Last year it was characters and Uncle Jesse won. This year, it's Battle of the Episodes. And since y'all are the most avid supporters of HazzardNet, you get first crack at the polls! I'll post them here first.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I have a splash of Irish from my mom's side. I am always wearing green because I have green eyes (my overwhelmingly Scottish heritage).

To me, it wouldn't feel like HazzardNet with a different color scheme.

I've just found that episode online and watched it. Compared to shows that came only a couple of years later, it looks so dated. I knew I recognized the bad guy Brother Love (Eddie Albert) from somewhere, and looking through his filmography, I realized it was the feature length pilot of 'The Fall Guy'. He played Big John Cramer, a corrupt Arizona sheriff who knocks a boy off his bike in Hollywood and then jumps bail when he's told that the boy has died. The episode also had a couple of familiar faces from Dukes. Kathrine Baumann, one of the car strippers from 'Arrest Jesse Duke', had a bit part as a woman who Colt and Howie question briefly, and Dennis Fimple, the preacher from 'Daisy's Shotgun Wedding', played the lead deputy.

This is my first post and my introduction. I read the 'warning' that mentioned TMI (too much information), and I do tend to go off in a tangent pretty easily so if you ever see me yapping, make sure to tell me and I'll try to tone it back! Anyways, my name is Cheyenne, you can call me Annie if you'd like, I'm 16 and got into DoH earlier this year, I want to say in July? I'm from Arizona but now live in North Carolina USA. I'm homeschooled so I'll probably be online pretty often. I want to learn guitar, I draw, (I'll be sharing often in the fanart topic) and I really like The Beatles/The Monkees. From Jayski's silly season site: 23XI is expanding to 3 teams and poached Riley Herbst away from Ford to drive the #35 Toyota Camry for 2025 Kaulig Racing is changing the #31 to #10 and put Ty Dillon in the seat. Shane Van Gisbergen will drive the #88 Chevy for Trackhouse Racing Justin Haley is moved over to Spire to drive the #7 Chevy Josh Berry will take over the reigns of the Wood Bros #21 Ford Mustang Chase Briscoe will take over the #19 JGR Toyota Camry Michael McDowell is moving to Spire in the #71 Chevy Todd Gilliland is moving to the #34 Ford Mustang. Stewart Haas Racing shutdown and sold 3 charters, though 2 of them are in limbo with the 23XI and Front Row Racing lawsuit against NASCAR. Haas kept the final charter and will have Cole Custer drive #? Ford Mustang, it will be a RFK satellite team. RFK Motorsports bought the 3rd SHR charter and expanded to 3 teams with Ryan Preece in the #60 Ford Mustang. 23XI and Front Row Racing won an injunction against NASCAR in the latest twist in the lawsuit. Next Court date is January 8th. I think I figured out the reason as to why I like Daisy so much now, it's deep so I won't get into it without being asked to, but UGH, Daisy is so pretty I love her, I don't know which one I want more, to be her sister/best friend or to be her/look like her... she's.... she's everything to me
