I didnt forget L.B. I like him. Does anyone know where the guy who played L.B. is today? Or even what his name was?

Ernie Brown played LB and now he's credited as Ernie Lively (his real surname). Ernie's son, Jason, was in the pilot of the 'Dukes' as the boy spitting pop on the back window of the General. Robin Lively is Ernie's daughter. Ernie is still acting today.

I always thought the character was called Longtrain (LT) Davenport. It's been a few years since I saw those episodes and I haven't got up to them on my DVD of Dukes Season Two, so I could be wrong...

Indeed I was wrong. I had a look at the end credits of "Duke of Duke" and the character was called Longstreet B. Davenport. As Batman would have said "An honest mistake anyone could have made."

LB was kinda cool I thought but not as cool as Cooter was!!!

I kinda liked LB myself, even though he was no Cooter. He seemed to fit the part. I didn't care too much for BB though. He was okay, but not on the same scale.

L.B. was ok i did not like him i like COOOTTTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Bottom line cooter was cooler.

I loved LB Davenport! No he's no Cooter Davenport and if I had to chose between the two, it is almost a toss up. I thought they should have had Cooter and LB working at the garage when Ben came back, but then again, that is my opinion. That is where fan-fic comes in great! Anyway, I thought LB was a great replacement character for Cooter...you know...Ernie Lively was the guy who played Dobro Dulin in the first episode "One Armed Bandits". I liked both characters!

No I really didn't like BB Davenport, but I've always liked LB for some reason.

It was in "The Runaway" on season 2. It was two private instigators L.B. was poking his tongue out at not Rosco. Lol
