It was probably due to having to add/shed weight or muscle for another role in either a movie or play he was in while not filming Dukes of Hazzard. He was in two tv movies in 1984 which were probably filmed in 1983.

All limit you by either number of pictures or gb limit.

There are still plenty of free image hosts around, but each has their own limitations. Here's one of many round-ups that I found. Most have a similar list of sites.
