As Joe lay thinking, he knew he had to stop Frank and Jesse from doing what they were planning...the only thing was...he couldn't expect Hank to help him out. Lorraine had hurt him badly and he doubted Hank would want to see her again in a hurry...

Through the night, he didn't sleep a wink...just started to think about how to stop Lorraine and the James brothers...

Loraine looked through the doors and silently left as Frank didn't want to talk to her. Loraine got a piece of paper and a note she could fix things if she wanted to, she didnt know how though but she'd try.

the letter read,

Dear Hank,

Im sorry I hurt you, I never intended too, Frank said he'd kill you if you found out and I couldn't let him do that, Hank since I first got here I saw you for the very first time and I didn't want to leave and i still don't I understand how bad i hurt you and I never meant to, put my hand to the good lord above. Hank, I ....I felt something different when I was with you...

She hopped on Trigger and rode off towards the farm, hoping she could catch Hnak and only him.

Hank woke up in the middle of the night after crying himself to sleep. Making his way to the barn, he cuddled up to Fly, knowing she would never hurt him like Lorraine did.

Loraine quietly stooped trigger and got off sneaking near to the barn slipping the note in under the door, she knew hankd be ou tto the barn anytime if he wasnt all ready, she turned looking back and got on trigger and let out a "ya"

Hank heard her yell to her horse but didn't move. He didn't care...not anymore.

Loriane rode into town and bravely made her way to Franks room in the hotel,"Frank listen cant we go somewheres else and rob another bank, i mean weve doen casued more than our fair share amount of thr trouble here."

Frank snarled at her. " We finish the job we came for...then we finish the Dukes."

Loraine snorted back ro him,"Well ys'll csn finish it then im tired of hurtin people who i love, i done hurt hank, you aint about to touch em either I aint gonna let ya!"

Loraine knew she was brave to say that to Frank but she didnt care.

"Oh you will...if you ain't for us...you're against us....and if you're aainst us...you die...ain't that right Jesse?"

Jesse smirked,"Hehehe, thats right brother."

Loraine smirked,"Well fellers I aint fer ya Im gonna tell ya that much now, how can I be when all ya'll has done has killed or attempted to kill the ones i love so dearly?"

Loraine knowing the reply she would get got up and left running through the door as she didnt want her rear end shot at.

Frank chased after her, jumping on his horse and riding off.

Loraine looked back, it was morning she could see clearly, fortunaltey she knew the way from when her and Hank rode, she dodged bramble and bushes jumpimg over that same log. SHe had her gun out and ready, she knew frank would fire

Frank and Jesse sped after her on their horses, shots ringing through the air.

Loraine turned to look, she shot at them back, she looked and saw the dukes farm up ahead she prayed that Hank or Joe wouldnt come out, As she crossed through thr field nearest the farm she shot at them again.

The more Hank thought about it, the more he was convinced that this was all a misunderstanding...it had to be...no woman as pretty and sweet as Loraine could be in with the likes of the James boys...Joe had to be wrong. He stood up, angry that Joe would try to make trouble.

Joe eventually got off the couch and pulled on his long coat that he had been using to cover himself while he had tried but failed to get to sleep. He stretched lightly and headed out the house.

Hank eard him and followed him out. "Hey Joe!"

Joe looked back as Hank called to him.

"Yeah?"

Hank marched up to him. "I dunno why you're sayin these things...unless you're jealous..."

Joe frowned, having to think a minute what the heck Hank was talking about....until he saw thw anger in Hank's eyes and realized that Hank didn't believe him.

"Oh come on...Hank...she's not my type you know that! She's a bank-robbin' theif in cahoots with Frank and Jessie James! Stop bein' so blind!"

"You're the one what's gonna be blind..." With those words he socked him hard in the face, right in the eye.

Joe groaned and fell backwards, holding his eye, hitting the dirt.

"Don't you EVER lie about her again!" yelled Hank standing over him angrily.

Joe continued to hold his eye as he looked up at Hank.

"What kind o'witches spell has she got over ya?! I'm not lying!"

Hank shook his head. "It ain't her I can't trust...it's you...it was you the whole time."
