I heard the finale episode of Season 4 which is the finale for the entire series, killed off Starsky when he got shot. But they scrapped that ending and changed it and let him survive for syndication etc.

Amazon is where I'd have gone to buy it. That eBay Skipper hat I got baited and switched on that Mom fixed for me. Advertised with the correct Twisted Knotted Intertwined Mouse Braid. But what I received was Gorget Braid. Amazon didn't have the type Skipper's hat I wanted. The genuine Gold Bullion Wire hand embroidery. All machine made sewn or glued on patches on Amazon hats. Not authentic for Alan Hale Jr. Gilligan's Island Skipper. Hand embroidery Gold Bullion Wire is authentic it's what he had on his hats in every original series episode in the 3 seasons 98 episodes '64-'67. Rescue From Gilligan's Island '78 and Alf Somewhere Over the Rerun '87 are the only times it was ever a patch. Have to buy the Gold Bullion Wire hand embroidery hats from eBay.

Skipper feels deflated after the race. "I'm going back to the island to Gilligan, the Howells, Professor, Mary Ann and Ginger." He says. "But it was a fun race with all of you Hazzard folks." He adds.

I just found something in Season 3 Carnival of Thrills. During the road race, Rosco's Confederate Flag license plate on the front bumper of his patrol car is crooked, and hanging like it's about to fall off the mount/bracket. The center star of the flag is straight up and down, perpendicular to the ground. 😲

Recently during rewatches, I found one in Season 2 Witness for the Persecution. The bad guys shot the General Lee's back windshield out on a paved road. But when the boys turn off onto a dirt road, the rear windshield has magically reappeared. Oops. 😂
