Can anyone explain these pictures?
I can vouch for Scott and his insider status as we've swapped a few emails all ready. We're looking forward to the release of the movie and subsequent release of several of the photos on the set that Scott took. Yeeehaaa!

The Monkees
- Does anyone have.....
Oh sure. ROFL. Sometimes you can't even cram it into a minute. Even when ya double clutch it. LOL Well now that my reply looks retarded there, lemme try to redeem mahself. I don't know where the hell the Enos series is available on video or DVD. LOL. I don't remember the show either, but it only lasted one season I think. Maybe they'll make the Enos series a DVD extra for the 5th season of the Dukes, heh heh!- Ray Stevens
ROFLMAO. That would have been too funny if he had. "DON'T LOOK ETHELLLLL!!! But it was too late. She'd awready got a free shot." BAHAHAHAHA!- Does anyone have.....
You can find the Dukes on DVD (Season 1 and 2). Also, Columbia House has Dukes on video, although the videos are not necessarily released in the same running order as when the episodes appeared, but there's approximately 30 some odd tapes available.- The coolest cars in Hazzard!
Hey Bud! Welcome to HNet =) Ya got me stumped. The Ace of Spades?? What car was this?- The Monkees
Davey: What number is this, Jim? Guys: Seven-A! Davey: Okay, okay. You don't have to get excited. It's because I'm short, I know...- You know you watch too much Dukes of Hazzard when...
Back in '84 or '85, I was allowed to climb through the windows of my parents car ('76 Buick....Skylark I think) once. The seats were that fry-your-posterior-on-a-hot-day vinyl (black) and they had started to rip by this point. My folks didn't want me ripping 'em anymore than they already were. ROFL. Last I knew that car was left at the side of a highway in northern Vermont. For all we know, it's still there. ROFL!- U know rosco never could catch the General Lee
BAHAHAHA! That was a good one. One of my favorite Boss and Rosco exchanges over the CB... Boss: Rosco, if you're not at the PLACE in ten minutes I'm gonna have to buy me a new door--- Rosco: After you kick my butt.. Boss: After I kick your butt-- Rosco: Through the one in your bank. Boss: Through the one in my bank!!- Denver can't shuffle a deck of cards
To the tune of "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy." She thinks John's hands are sexy!!!- U know rosco never could catch the General Lee
At the risk of stating the obvious (all y'all out there that know me LOL), Rosco is my all time favorite.- Disruptive Postings
Now who would ever believe that we would wing frying pans at each other? ROFL. Eddie, thank ya for the compliments. And Brian said it better than I could have. We've been doing this for a long time, we've had fun and angst but we've remained like family (just like in Hazzard! Can I think of a better example? I think not. LOL) We enjoy doing it, we love that everyone else likes it here and we'll keep doing it for as long as we can. 8) MaryAnne- Trivia - what show has a unique connection with DOH?
I'm gonna take a crack at the Barbara Eden one.... Lessee... Barbara Eden starred on I Dream of Jeannie with Larry Hagman. Larry Hagman guest starred on an episode of the Rockford Files with James Garner. Sorrell Booke also guest starred on an episode of Rockford just before landing the role of Boss Hogg.- Hello everyone
I'm diggin' the picture of that black Charger! Welcome to HNet!- Smokey And The Bandit
He's not. LOL. I've watched that movie so many times and I can't find John in any shot. I also read somewhere that he was apparently the kid in the Coors shirt. Well there's two teens in Coors shirts (that I found) during the course of this movie and neither one of them is John. Here's kid #1 in a Coors shirt....definetly not John... Here's three of the kids that attempt to car strip Carries car, the kid in the middle with the yellow shirt is definetly not John.... But here's Cooter for all y'all lookin' for 'em! And here's Sonny (Enos)! Hang on y'all!!- When Burt Reynolds speaks, the studios listen...
In my quest to find out why the hell the Dukes trailer didn't air during the Super Bowl when it apparently was supposed to, I did find this interesting article at http://www.darkhorizons.com/news05/setprev4.php I'm still searching to find out why the trailer didn't air. I'll probably never find the answer but I may find more neat articles. LOL Set Preview: "The Dukes of Hazzard" Posted: Tuesday February 1st, 2005 7:00pm Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Author: Kellvin Chavez When Warner Bros. Pictures announced a movie adaptation of the beloved The Dukes of Hazzard, some fans were pumped, some were nostalgic, but many more were terrified. After all, for every one good adaptation of a TV show--Brady Bunch, say--there are four embarrassments like Starsky & Hutch. But this is an excellent sign: One of these skeptical fans was Burt Reynolds, who said that if The Dukes of Hazzard is in any way like Starsky & Hutch, he would refuse to do the movie. The studio listened. When he was convinced that the creators were treating the movie seriously, even faithfully, he agreed to do the film, signing on as Boss Hogg. Joining Reynolds are Sean Williams Scott as Bo, Johnny Knoxville as Luke, and even Willie Nelson (Willie frikkin' Nelson!) as Uncle Jesse. And, most importantly, Jessica Simpson plays the part of Daisy Duke, shimmying into the super-short-shorts that every guy drooled about for the entire '80s. I had a chance to visit the set for the movie, which was filmed in the wooded outskirts of Baton Rouge, LA. The creators stressed that they're shooting for a tone that's a mixture of action and comedy, the comparison they used was Lethal Weapon and Beverly Hills Cop, which, if true, bodes quite well for the film. They wanted to make a film that was the anti-Starsky & Hutch, making sure that it wasn't campy and not a spoof, but more of homage to Smokey And The Bandit, Blues Brother and The Cannonball Run. The upcoming movie will feature all the usual characters (including the best character of all, the General Lee, which looks fantastic), and stay true to the spirit of the show, but it takes place in modern times. For instance, Bo and Luke have visions of NASCAR glory. But the important elements of the TV show are all there. Bo and Luke give Boss Hogg hell, they have to save the family farm, and they try to track down a treasure, of sorts--a lost Civil War payroll. On the set, I interviewed the cast (including Jessica Simpson, who, despite her image, is actually quite articulate), Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott, Producer Bill Gerber and director Jay Chandrasekhar. And in the weeks prior to the movie's release date (July 29th), I'll be giving you reports with all the goodies. The "Daisy Dukes." Q&As with the talent. A dinner conversation with Burt Reynolds. And some shockingly cool stunts that involve the General Lee. That's all going to be coming soon.- Question for Admin
Hi snicker, We don't have a whole lot of rules and regs here at the HNet forums (other than common courtesy...and sometimes even that goes out the window. LOL). However, we draw the line at any solictations and self promotions of other websites. Brian's post about this topic from our announcements section basically covers it... http://www.hazzardnet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=905 Basically, as Brian's post puts it, we don't want the forums to become a classified ad type section. MaryAnne- While this isn't specifically a DOH video game...
KHEE! Those look good Val! - Does anyone have.....
