Well done everyone for getting the episode correct. The movie was of course, 'Cool Hand Luke (1967)'. No-one got the actor that was in both. It was Morgan Woodward who played Boss Godfrey in the movie and Cassius Claibourne in Dukes. Roger wasn't far off with his guess. There was a Hazzard lawman in the movie - Clifton James aka. Sheriff Lester Crabb played Carr. Q. While we're on 'Cool Hands, Luke & Bo', which food item did Cassius Claibourne trade Boss in exchange for his white Cadillac?: A) Barbecue ribs Southern fried chicken C) Chocolate layer cake D) Anchovy and pepperoni garlic pizza E) Club sandwich F) Raw liver

Not exactly a sign of Hazzard, but I had a request for a Dukes logo wallpaper. Due to only having a free PhotoBucket account, 1024 x 768 is the largest I can post - should do the job though.

Thanks to both boluke and TomBo for posting these pictures. As I'll probably never make it there in person, these are the closest I'm likely to get. I did a bit of a virtual tour of Gatlinburg on Google Street View, and it still shows pictures of the original site. The new place was Camp Thunder when the pictures were taken (the map indicates the right place). What did you expect to be there 1001 years ago? .

Roger, I have good news and bad news. You were right, but only about MaryAnne knowing her cars - it was F) AMC Matador. Q. Which Dukes episode title is a reference to a Paul Newman movie from the 1960s. The episode also featured one of the stars of the movie.

Slightly off topic but, in my defense, I was at work when I saw this episode the other day. In the first 3 season of M*A*S*H Henry Blake has a coffee mug from the University of Illinois. Can't help thinking that's a great color scheme .

I have a Region 2 set of season 7 and all the episodes are on it. The only issue I have with it is that discs 3 and 4 in my set are labelled the wrong way around so I end watching them out of sequence.
