  1. Hoss, if you're not making a living as a graphic designer, you missed your calling.
  2. LOL. Sorry, I keep forgetting you're in Ireland. I know a lot of folks in the UK and do chats for other shows with them, so I tend to get stuck on "UK time". I guess if I start using "British Isles", I'll be safe. LOL.
  3. Yeah, in the middle of the week is hard to set up a time good for everybody. Weekends are a bit more flexible. That's a good idea about separate showings. Hoss, you wanna host a UK chat along at a good time for the UK/Europe folks and we'll have one following in a few hours here in the western hemisphere?
  4. Family should take precedence over sports anyway. See, that's what VCRs and DVRs were invented for, so you can watch it whenever you want! Glad you had fun at the pumpkin patch.
  5. I'm sure Garrett will show up here soon to talk Chicago Cubs and Roger will want to discuss his Pirates. I wish the Dodgers had made it to the series.
  6. Did I see the doors open? LOL. I suppose there's no getting around that in a video game unless you write a mod. Nice videos.
  7. Works for me. How about everyone else?
  8. That's a great idea. What time works best for everybody?
  9. I know you were. I was teasing back. Rog will be unhappy to hear that I rooted for them over the pirates. Sorry, Rog. Sometimes we have to make tough choices in life. LOL.
  10. Do you know how hard it would be to alter the code of the forum software to hide the Like button from just you? LOL. I could do it, but it hardly seems worth it. Besides, who would keep the HazzardNetizens up to date on NASCAR news? That was another suggestion of yours, right? The NASCAR sub-forum? See, I did that JUST for you. And for the record, I have been rooting for the Bears most if this season, along with my Seahawks.
  11. Would anybody be interested in meeting in the chat room on Saturday, November 2nd, with our DVDs ready to go for a viewing of One Armed Bandits? If so, what time works best for you? I was thinking 5 or 6 pm eastern, which would make it 10 or 11 pm for our UK friends.
  12. I didn't tell it to hide from you, I swear!
  13. It's under the Reply To Thread button and thread title at the top of the thread.
  14. I don't blame you for that. Most of the time I run across those buttons on websites, they include your avatar and a white box that covers half the content. Fortunately, AFAIK, this button doesn't do that.
  15. It's kind of tiny, just under the "Thread: Thread Title" line. I don't think you have to be logged in to Facebook to see or use it, but I might be wrong. Hmm, I wonder if I can make the button a little bigger.
  16. I poked around a bit and found the setting to enable Facebook Likes at the top of each thread. If you're on Facebook, feel free to share your favorite threads with your friends.
  17. If you would like to nominate someone for HazzardNet Fan of the Month, please send a PM to me with the member's username and why you think they should be nominated. Feel free to include links to some of their posts, too. Congrats to all winners, past, present, and future. You're helping keep the spirit of the Dukes alive for future generations!
  18. Since joining in April 2013, Roth_Potter has contributed over 500 posts full of Dukes of Hazzard goodness, most notably the Rare and Behind the Scenes Pictures thread, which has quickly joined the ranks as one of the best threads on HazzardNet. Let's all give Roth_Potter a round of applause and a mighty "Yeehaa!" for being named HazzardNet Fan of the Month.
  19. Thanks, Rog. It ain't easy bein' sheriff 'round these parts. I might just have to requisition more handcuffs after yesterday. LOL.
  20. When I saw the title of this thread, my first thought was that it was spam. LOL. Then I saw that Roger had started it. Yep, the Dukes were a bit ahead of their time in some respects.
  21. Seems HazzardNet got hacked. Fortunately, it appears damage was limited and I have banned the accounts involved. Unfortunately, upon upgrade, I lost a lot of the color changes I made to the forums and it will take me a while to redo. I also had to disable blogs for the time being, as they were throwing errors. Hopefully that will be fixed with the next software update.
  22. Thanks for the heads up, all, and for helping Hobie out. I have changed the default in the admin panel so that registered users get the threads displayed oldest first. Not sure how that ended up as newest first. And you can always change it to whatever you want by following Lizzy's directions.
  23. As far as I know, the default should be oldest first. Is that not how it's showing up??
