  1. Rosalinda's Eyes - Billy Joel I've got a chance to make it It's time for me to take it And I'll return before the fire dies In Rosalinda's eyes
  2. I was just listening to this yesterday. LOL.
  3. Also, if there are any topics you would like to nominate for Featured Posts to put at the top of the forums on the main page, please post a link here.
  4. *GASP!!* After a long, long time and many many weeks worth of backing up, installing, uninstalling, uploading, deleting, and trying several different new versions of the software, I THINK this one worked. I think this might just be a miracle. LOL. So, now that the forums are upgraded, I would like for all of you to notify me of any color weirdness (i.e. white text on white background, hard to read text, etc). You can post about it here in this thread and if possible, please include a screenshot. Also, if you run across any bugs, let me know. Posting images worked fine for me, but I know some of you had issues with that in the past. And I don't know about you, but I'm ecstatic for the HNet forums to be back to the dark color scheme. Feels like home.
  5. The entire site is about 6-7GB, so the forum is definitely the biggest part of the site.
  6. Between the software files, the image uploads, and the database, it runs about 3-4GB.
  7. I am creating a new membership group for veteran members that will allow them special privileges, such as being able to upload larger images, adding attachments to PMs, and extending the window for editing posts to 60 minutes instead of just 10 minutes. To join this group, you will have to meet certain criteria, such as being a member for over 2 years or having more than 100 posts. In addition, you must request to join the group. It will not be automatic. I will post more information as I get ready to roll this feature out. So, veteran members of HazzardNet, are there any other perks you would like that I may be able to add to the Veteran member group? -Mufn
  8. Ok. I'm going to give this another go! I'm in the process of backing up the forums right now and will be attempting an upgrade later tonight. The forums will be locked during the upgrade. If things don't go well, I'll be rolling everything back to the current state... like last time. *sigh*
  9. Nice. Can't wait to see how this turns out. I love pinball.
  10. Ooh! What kind of tablet?
  11. HazzardNet has always had its booms and busts. The "booms" usually depend on if the show is on the air somewhere or if the cast is in the news for some reason. Sorry I haven't been on as often. I've been dealing with "real life", some of it very good, some of it not so great. It's nice to have HazzardNet to "come home to" though and I thank all of you who have kept it going. HazzardNet wouldn't be celebrating its 17th year without y'all.
  12. I love Dean Martin. We still have our Christmas tree up (artificial). I suppose we should probably take it down soon. I think our record is still having it up on Valentine's Day. LOL!
  13. Happy New Year, all! Yeah, Christmas seemed to fly by this year. Had a great one, though, so I can't complain. No real Christmas blues for me this year. I'm looking forward to the new year with unbridled optimism.
  14. I'm feeling a bit better, Rog. Thanks. Respiratory stuff is hanging around, but at least I have some energy now. I'm ready for 2016!
  15. Merry Christmas, y'all! I was reading my first post (about having 3 colds). Wow, history repeats itself. I have had three colds since the beginning of November, the latest starting just last night. Ugh. Anyway, I hope you all have a great Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
  16. This is a little late, but congrats, Mark!
  17. Howdy, folks! I will be attempting a software update on the forums this weekend, most likely Saturday. If all goes well, we'll have spiffy new forums. If all doesn't go well, I'll be rolling back to the current forums software. Wish me luck! I'm going to need it.
  18. R2? What the heck is he doing there?
  19. Awesome! Thanks for sharing those pics. I've been to three DukesFest, so needless to say, I've seen a lot of General Lees. Growing up, there was a guy that owned a General Lee not far from my best friend's house. Lucky guy.
  20. Sorry about that, folks! I'm going to have to move HNet to a new host, as this one has become flakey. This particular error has happened way too often, but I usually catch it fairly early. This time, however, I was laid out with back spasms for the past two days and have done more sleeping than stuff on the computer. If you notice HNet down, feel free to email me at webmaster--AT--hazzardnet.com.
  21. That sneaky Hazzardite shall remain nameless. Right, Roth? . . . DOH!
  22. Join me in congratulating Mark B. for being Fan of the Month for August 2015. Along with our heartfelt thanks for his outstanding contributions to HazzardNet, he gets a nifty title to show off on the forums. You can read our post about him on the blog.
  23. That is one gorgeous car. I love the subtle numbers. I agree, it would be a shame to take that vinyl top off.
  24. Just an FYI, I'm in the process of moving inactive forums to Hogg's Heavenly Acres, a read-only section where old forums will be preserved, but can't be replied to. If a forum ends up there and there's a thread in it that you think is worthy of reviving, let me know and I'll move it to another appropriate active forum.
  25. Welcome to HazzardNet! Be sure to take lots of pictures at Euro Dukesfest!
