That is true RogerDuke... Christmas aint what it use to be... now I know im a teen and all but heck! I member when I was little i got a present no matter what it was be it things for school or clothes I was at least lucky enough to get a present unlike some of those less fortunate than us!! and some of these youngins that run around here they really get under my skin throwing these tantrums in a store cause that aint the right gift or that aint what theys a wantin!!! it just ticks me off, i DO NOT buy for myself when I go to town on Christmas I go buy for others as how it should be!! it is BETTER TO GIVE THAN RECIEVE!!! thats my two cents worth..ya'll take care now.

The next morining Lori got up and went dowstairs to do her chores, she yawned as always and poured her a glass of orange juice, Dixie bounced down the stairs and bounded through the kitchen,"HIYA COUSIN!!" Lori rolled her eyes and was being a smarta** and put on a sarcastic smile,"I DONT WANNA TALK TO YOU TAKE THE HINT!!" Dixie smirked and said,"Well... yer gonna hafta talk to me since you are making big party plans.." Lori shrugged and said,"Change of plans..can't work on em... got thangs to do.. called work." Dixie had a look of shock and horror on her. Lori looked to her and walked by her hollering to her,"Only so much you can get in life...cant have it all!!!" Dixie didn't say anything.. she just stood there.. she wanted so much for her family to come together and ACT like a family, but she knew Lori would some how weasle her way outta this one... Dixie went to the table and sat down, she watched Lori walk out the door and heard her saddle up Trigger... she knew that when Lori went riding she was thinking. Dixie shook her head and sighed. B.L. noticed and ........... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luke decided to pay Dixie a visit and when he saw Lori ride Trigger, he knew something was up.He pulled in at the farm and saw how down Dixie looked and only looked heavenward.....

Lori sighed and replied,"I walked in and they were like REALLLLL CLOSE, ya know THAT kinda close... and well I caught them kissing, the hot kinda kiss too, and well I ran out and shouted across the street to Uncle Luther.... that bout sums it up.." Cooter sighed and looked to her,"You know you'll have to move on from him..." Lori knew she would but of all people, her cousin... that would be about as bad as Luke dating Taylor, Lori's sister.. its not right its messed up. Lori sighed and looked to Cooter,"I've given it some thought though Coot, maybe I need to go back to the marines... stay outta here for awhile by then hopefully Dixie or Luke will be gone..." Cooter replied, "Lori this Luke's home like it's yours and Dixie's. Honey I really don't see them leaving Hazzard. You know Luke. He won't stay with anyone long. Maybe you actually pushed him to Dixie with all your accusations. I'd hate to think it but maybe once he sees she won't give him what he's after he'll move on." Lori shrugged and said,"Guess yer right....but this aint my home though, my homes in Johnson County... maybe Im the one that needs to go.." Cooter replied, "You've tried going there before. Remember right before ya'll got married. You tried leaving to get over him and it didn't work. I don't know what it will take for you to get over him, but Honey, you have to." Lori sighed and looked to Cooter, the thought she thought of was this as she told aloud,"Coot.... you hear them talk about theres gonna be a war right?? well...... Ill go to war." Cooter replied, "If going back into the marines is what you want to do that's great. But, don't do it for the wrong reasons. OK?" Lori looked to Cooter seriously,"Fighting for our country is a WRONG reason?" "No, it's not, but trying to run from your feelings never works. It is something you can push back but sooner or later those feelings will hit you square in the face." Cooter said. Lori shurgged him and mumbled,"Whatever.." Cooter sighed before he brought up the next subject, "Lori you and Dixie live under the same roof." Lori looked to him and snorted,"Well no sh** sherlock...dont remind me!" "Lori you got to come to terms with this." Cooter said gently. Lori looked at him,"And what if I dont wanna speak to her anymore..what if I dont wanna come to terms with her?" Cooter sighed again, "I don't guess you have to talk to Dixie, but it looks like you are going to have to at least accept the situation." Lori rolled her eyes and looked to Cooter,"Thats what im talking bout!! long as queen shebia gets what she wants Daddy's little girl is alright and gets to have everything her way!" Cooter said as gently as he could but fllet she needed to hear the facts. "Lori you had you chance with Luke how many times over?" Lori looked to Cooter and then thought,"Like I said, im sticking with MY case here, slong as she gets what she wants shes A-OK!! when me and Luke came back and said we were gettin married she ran out sobbin and cryin her eyes out cause things didnt go her way!! and I, for one AM tired of it!" Cooter looked heavenward. He knew there would be no peace in the Davenport home."I know she was upset. And I know this upsets you." Lori sighed and shook her head sticking her hands in her pockets, Luther noticed her sudden change in mood and he thought that maybe what he caused was a bad thing... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dixie was still rambling on and on at the house about Luke, Lori heard her all the way outside and all Lori did was climb up the side of the house from the vines and in her window.. were she then got her guitar and wrote a song...

It was Luke motioning Dixie to come outside a minute, Lori noticed it and her eyes got big and her heart sank, it sank so much it caused her to flip straight back in her chair. Dixie got the idea to go over and smirk, helping Lori up saying like the smarta** dixie was,"Need help cousin?" Lori shook her head and got up herself,"If I wanted yer help I'd knock it outta you." Dixie shrugged and smiled smugly going out to Luke. Luke smirked and hugged Dixie telling her of the talk. The thing is is, Cooter was Lori's security blanket at night, now no they aint incest or anything, Cooter is like a brother to her and since Lori's youngest cousin USE to be like a sister to her she now turned to Cooter, not being able to trust B.L. cause she was the blabbermouth and her and Dixie was closer, Cooter was the only one. Cooter had pulled back in from the wrecker call and saw them, then saw Lori in the back leaned up against the wall looking down. Cooter shook his head and walked in the garage paying Dixie and Luke no mind at all, which caught their attention considering Dixie was trying to tell Cooter about her and Luke and he just wasn't listening to her. Cooter sighed and went in to Lori and shook his head, Lori sighed and said,"I know it... it's my own fault....but of all people HER??!" Cooter looked to Lori and was going to say something but Lori interrupted him,"I knew they were something more than brother or sister, maybe I just... I saved myself from ANOTHER heart ache, when I divorced him it was for the good, maybe there is something there between us but we just aren't meant to be. Luke was meddling things around in his mind right now, Like Lori... see the thing is is He can lie to himself and tell everyone they're over and moving on, but truth be told he still loves her deep down and always will, he can have fun with Dixie and not worry around her and he loved that about Dixie, but he knew that it would hurt Lori and god forbid he'd want to hurt her anymore... About that time Lori had walked in and saw them, Luke stopped and looked to her, Lori rolled her eyes and spat at them,"Please ya'll get a room..." Dixie got smart,"Ohh please... you've had yer chance... sides Uncle Luther is pissed at you so you no matter what we wont get into trouble." Lori whirled around and had a cheeky grin on, Luke's eyes got big and he couldn't move either."Actually went by the house this morning and straightened it up with him.." Lori then stepped and patted Luke's cheek,"Glad its yer a** hes gonna be after and NOT mine!" Lori then proceeded to go outside and shout across the street to Luther,"HEY UNCLE LUTHER DIXIE AND LUKE WERE KISSING!!!!!" Everyone started talking and Lori was laughing, Dixie made an effort to get up just as soon as she was greeted by Luther,Lori stoodf behind him laughing and taunting her. Dixie was mad and was almost in tears with anger. Lori smiled sweetly and skipped to get a tool box to work on Midnight Rider. Luther........

But what I think they are saying is like you get pictures of the Dukes and things to do with christmas and the Dukes and you can make and create yer own designs and pictures with them and send them to your Hazzardnet buddies?? I agree with ya Laura Duke on the statement that RogerDuke quoted, I watched the first episode of it and I didn't like it, but I started watching it more and more and softened up on Coy and Vance but I still wanted Bo and Luke though..

Lori climbed out and rolled her eyes and strutted across the yard like she was the baddest thing on this earth. She hopped up on the porch and pushed her way through the crowd. Dixie saw her and the look Luther gave her when he smelled the whiskey on her. "Loren!" Lori winced at the tone and shouted back in a slurrd tone,"WHAT?!" "Come back here!" "I think ill pass on that Uncle Luther." Luke winced and wanted to be else where about now! "Loren, it wasn't a REQUEST!" The active role of being in the marines kicked in and she cussed and kicked the ground,"DA** IT!" Luther squalled at her and her alone he'd deal with the others later,"WOODSHED NOW!!!!" Lori flung her hand up retorting back to him,"Aint nothing no worser than what ive already been through!!" "Good! I'll remember that in the woodshed!" Lori kicked dirt and rocks,"THIS IS A FU***** DISGRACE!!!!!" Luther again looked at her and agreed, "Yes a tantrum at your age is." Lori turned blood red and went in the woodshed you could hear her cussing a mile away she threw things in the woodshed cussing Luther every breath. He waited until she had quieted down and then said, "Bend over now and don't you darn try to fight me Loren or you will not be able to set for a month!" Lori saluted him with two fingers and mumbled as she bent over,"yes'sir drill sergeant sir..." He replied, "If you like the danged Marines so much why don't you go back! But until then YOU live under my roof and obey MY rules!" Lori jolted up and split outta that woodshed and replied back,"I THINK I WILL GO BACK BEATS BEING HERE!!!" Luther replied and threw his hand up, "Fine!" Lori climbed in and spun dirt everywhere, she went back to Dry Creek were her parents had a cabin built. She tore outta there like Rosco was hot on her tail. She pulled up to the cabin and got out cussing and screaming. Luke...........

Lori went out to the car with Bo and climbed in sighing. Bo looked to Lori and shook his head,"You still love Luke dontcha?" Lori drove to the lake in total silence, she turned to look at Bo as the moonlight caught his blue eyes, she sighed and smiled to him,"My love for Luke was in the past..." She thought to herself but never said,"And he hasn't left yet.." She kissed Bo deeply and they headed to the back the windows were steaming up. After about an hour later, Lori looked to Bo asleep on her arm and she felt deathly ill, something was telling her it wasn't right, she didn't understand why though because she wasn't with anyone but Bo, but it just felt like the wrong thing to do. She didn't love Bo, only as a brother, and it felt weird to her. She got up and dressed getting out of the car Bo was still asleep in the back, Lori had somehow managed to dress him and drive him home, she may have been drinking heavily but she was sober enough to drive. She pulled up to the farm and lugged Bo out, he was a heavy sleeper. When she walked through the door Uncle Jesse only looked to her and shook his head getting up to help her with Bo to his room, she laid him gently in the bed and covered him up, she looked around the room remembering it when she and Luke would sleep in there. She only hurried out of the room and house, Uncle Jesse knew what was wrong with her and only sighed looking to God for an answer. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lori sped off to Dry Creek, her one place shed always head to.. ~~~~~~~~~ Luke......

Lori got up and looked to Jeb, Jeb nodded and sighed, Lori went over to Bo and leaned up against the bar,"Maybe I lied Bo.... I do know what I want.. just to afraid to go after it..." Bo looked at her and studied her a minute before asking, "So what is it YOU want?" Lori smirked and ordered another shot of whiskey,"A good time and a good man..aint asking fer commitment.." Bo said causiously, "I ain't ready for any strings my own self." Lori smiled and threw back her whiskey,"Then, why dont we just have fun and see were it goes?" Bo knew that she and Luke had many times made the same agreement. He replied, "Ok." Bo wondered just where this was going and almost asked 'What about Jeb?' he let it go and smiled to her. The girl that had asked Luke to talk to Bo had seen him and Lori leave, she was hopping mad and decided to approach Lori,""You know you just told him he wasn't 'your cup of tea' so how about giving someone else a chance at him instead of stringing him along like you did Luke!" "Strung LUKE ALONG HE--!!!,"Listen, if you wanted Bo so bad, then you woulda came and asked him YOURSELF and NOT have someone else talk to him for you!" " And maybe I have a bit more TACT that YOU!" Lori laughed and said,"Please... honey, I dont need TACT!" "Maybe I prefer to be tactful instead of looking like a slut!" Bo got that silly Bo Duke grin on his face and finally said with a huge grin,"I sure do like the outfit!" Lori nodded and said,"I reckon thats all that matters.." Lori took Bo's hand and walked outside with him when she heard that girl call her something Lori swung around and had her fist drew and immedialtey hit the girl. Bo saw Lori and was shaking his head, he went to the table and tapped her shoulder,"Well howdy there...I was at home waiting on ya but seems to me you never showed.." Lori bout spit her whiskey everywhere... she turned to look at Luke and said through gritted teeth,"Duke yer a dead EX-husband!" Bo looked to Luke confused and shook his head looking to Lori and then to Jeb who had a dumbstruck look on his face, Lori cursed under her breath and sighed,"Bo... can I ask you something... do you seriously see ME being committed to anyone in a relationship long at all?" "No longer than me Darlin'! But I do except you to be there when you tell me you will be!" Lori shrugged and finished her whiskey,"Yer expectancy runs a little high for me then Bo... I like ya and all and I thank ye fer being there for me when no one else was.." Bo replied,"But, I ain't your cup of tea?" Lori sighed,"It aint that Bo..I dont know what I want anymore.." Bo sighed, "And, I ain't IT!!!!!!!!!!!" He shrugged, and added, "No loose. I had A GREAT TIME! If you want to go further you know where to find ME!!!!!!!!!" Lori, however was a different story, she did NOT plan on staying with Bo... in fact she was looking for someone new to find.. heh yep that was Lori. Lori went home after all the excitement and took a shower and cleaned up, Lori came out and went to her room and pulled out a tight pair or low riding jeans, she wore her rodeo belt with the big shiny buckle and a belly shirt that showed off her stomach, it was an off the shoulder one at that, she still wore the necklace Luke bought for her too. Lori dried her hair and left it down, she curled the ends and fluffed her side swept bangs some. She had to asmit though, the blonde made her look more revealing. Lori walked out of the house and hadn't expected to see Luke OR her "little" cousin there. Lori walked in and went to a table near the back, she could see Jeb and noticed he looked quite "ravishing" tonight. Dixie looked to Lori and shook her head, not saying a word since Lori was "suppose" to be working on her party. Lori had some thoughts, some that could get Dixie in a trouble.. Jeb saw Dixie but also noticed the looks that Lori was giving him, he thought a verry preeettty girl like Lori is here all by her lonesome, well looks like Dixies with Luke so.... Luke saw the looks the two excnahnged and saw the look on Dixie's face. He sighed not knowing that Lori would be here, but he wasnt going anyweres or letting her ruin his fun. Luke................

Lori got the wrench and looked to B.L.,"YOU DUMB IGIT!!! ILL KILL YOU!!!!" Lori got the wrench and turned around heading straight for B.L.. B.L. cursed and ran back to the garage running inside. Lori chased her and flung the wrench hearing a loud SMACK!! as it hit B.L right in back the head. Cooter ran in and grabbed Lori draggin her out, When Lori saw B.L come after her again Lori scooted to her feet and was out from Cooter's grip and in Midnight flying down the road. B.L. came out cussing and vamping at her. Dixie........

But before Lori left she looked to B.L. and her eyes got wide as she pointed to B.L.'s neck,"GAWWWW DANG!! THAT SUCKERS HUGE!!" B.L. knew Lori saw her hickey and she turned blood red chasing after Lori. "YER GONNA HAVE A HUGE SUCKER ON THE TOP OF YER HEAD ONCE I CATCH YA!!" Lori ran up the street,"IF YA EVER DO COUSIN!!" Dixie......... B.L...........

I've done been down that route with a one Luke Duke, a loooong time ago, after we divorced I just cant marry no one else... Lori looked to Luke and stared him down,"I ain't started with you, I ain't said nothing to you.... the only one I started with was Robin and YOU of all people know I cant stand her and I never will.... you can get over yourself real quick and and accept the fact that not all of us like her what you do in your spare time is your business not mine you wanna run off and marry Robin the best of luck to the both of you..." Luke held up his hands in surrended, "Hey I might have been out of line but I sorta take it real personal when the car I'm in gets ran off the road. I'll let ya'll be you let me and whoever I decide to date be. I'm good with what ever you all chose to do. " He smiled at Bo then back at Lori, "And, I for one also wish ya'll the best of luck." Lori looked to Luke and smirked,"Nice Breakfast conversation huh?" Luke shook his head and smiled handing her the coffee cup, Lori sat beside Bo and smiled to him and Uncle Jesse, Uncle Jesse only shook his head and sighed. Luke sat across from Lori. Every now and then she could catch a glimpse of him with that look in his eye, that what if look again, she'd do the same really. After breakfast Lori looked to Bo and asked him to take her to town to get Midnight. Bo agreed and took her to town. When they got there Luther had her keys and tossed them to her. Bo was quivering cause he knew what was going to happen and it was finally going to happen to HIM!! Lori shook her head and laid it down whining, yea ok she'll admit it she still loves Luke...BUT Jeb just had to play that song. When Jeb saw the looks everyone was giving him he cursed and went to set down, unknowings what kinda feelings he stirred up tonight... B.L. noticed the looks and shook her head thinking out of all Duke boys he had to be the stupidest one!! Luke..............

Lori looked to him rubbing her head,"NO SH** SHERLOCK!! THAT WENT OUT THE WINDER A LOOONG TIME AGO HE CAN KISS MY A**!!!" Bo sighed and thought,""Dont worry with that snobby thang she just as stuck up as Luke is!" Lori looked to Bo and snickered, giggling she laid her head down laughing. Bo sighed and smiled rubbing her back. Lori looked up hearing Jeb's band rocking with the tune... B.L...........

When Daisy brung their orders around Lori quickly looked to Daisy,"Id like the whole bottle please." Daisy nodded as Bo looked to Lori with eyes wide. Lori drunk shot after shot til the bottle was gone, it didnt even phase her. Bo shook his head wondering if Lori felt good or if she was drinking her pain away again. A man in the back who was also drinking Jack Daniels stood up and saw Lori throw the bottle back, he stood up and yelled total silence across the room. Robin saw it was Lori he was yelling at. Lori turned around and stood up,"Sir..Ill accept that challenge.." They both stood about 5 steps away from each other... people watching, they had two full bottles of Jack ready. When Daisy let the rag down the bottles were pressed against their lips, them guzzling i down. Lori had hers drunk in a flat minute, and she still stood still. The man, however, fell back leaving his half empty. Robin and Luke watched and Robin made a smart remark,"Does she always have to be better at EVERYTHING?" Lori turned around and heard the comment and she whirled around,"Robin you can take yer snotty a** nose and shove it!!! Im sicked and tired of you runnin yer mouth all the da** time!!! " Robin looked to Lori who was standing fists clenched her raw hide bracelet tied tightly around her wrist, Lori set the bottle down crossing her arms, Robin turned away embarrassed. Lori went over to Bo who.........

Lori had gotten the dents out and had Midnight painted. Bo pulled up not to long after and looked at Lori and asked as she watched the paint dry,"Dang Lori what's ya do now?" Lori only smiled and replied,"I was the first assignment ordered to the new deputy in town, Enos Strate...." Bo bout fell over laughing, typical Enos becoming a deputy... whats this all about with you and Luke he came home madder than a wet hen!" Lori smirked and said,"Well I made him look like a jack a** in front of Robin and I spun dirt and mud ALLLL over her!" Bo snickered and knew how much Lori truley hated Robin, she's hated her since they were kids. Lori sighed and leaned back in a nearby chair watchng Midnight, Bo smiled and watched her for awhile, he had gotten close to Lori over the years. B.L............

Lori looked to Luke and then to the patrol cars,"Here in a minute we will..." Lori didn't get out of Midnight, she on;y squeezed her way out, Midnight may need a new paint job but oh well she was free, she smirked and stopped as Enos was bumfazzled and Luke was shaking his head she simply replied with a smart remark,"Ya'll take care now, ya hear?" Luke thought ever since they divorced shes been pulling stunts that could get her killed. Enos quickly got back in his patrol car going after her. Luke had to laugh at it some, cause it was funny. Lori had only been caught a few times and thats all because she wasn't being careful and they got lucky. Enos held to his hat as he watched Lori jump the Hazzard pond,"Possum on a gumbush!! she just jumped a pond!!" Lori looked back only for a quick second to see the stumped look on Enos's face. Lori headed for the garage to get the black paint she kept back just for this occasion. When she got there Cooter and Luther looked at her and Midnight and at the same time,"Lori we aint even gonna ask.." She smiled and got the paint from the back and the airbrush as well, if she was gonna do it she was gonna do it right. "Welp me and Robin had a race, I won I twisted her mirror made an a** outta Luke, and took off like a roman candle, and did ya'll know that Enos is a deputy now? Anyways I was goin so fast I couldn't completely stop, so I banged up the side of him, then Rosco gave Luke his speeding ticket and came and they thought the sandwhiched me in good but I escaped and jumped a pond." At the last idea she smiled and was proud were as Luther wasn't. Luther..... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ B.L. had heard the commotion over the CB and..........

i whole heartedly agree with you about Coy and Vance and I think they should be allowed. But really, If the actors want to go as just tourists and such then yea, but we all know thatd never happen. But i really aint against it or fer it.
