There is one thing I have learned about loss Skipper. There is an old saying "There is no right or wrong way to heal." Do whatever you need to do to bring yourself comfort. Everybody understands loss but there is nobody who completely understands what each individual is going through. This will not be an easy week or even month for you. At the moment it seems like there is no way you will ever get better. Go ahead and feel sorry for yourself and believe that you will never get better. That's completely normal.
