That could be. Spike's temper always got the best if him so maybe he just retired because his doctor told him that being angry all the time was hurting his health.
I sure wish I could help you Neal. Welcome to the HazzardNet though. Even if nobody here is able to help we hope you stay around and check the place out and make some comments. It's not as busy as it used to be but there's a wealth of information here. Good luck in your search.
We were watching I Dream of Jeannie on Sonny's birthday and I was thinking that Doctor Bellows looks a little like him. And then today my wife turned the TV over to Forrest Gump and, you guessed it, right at the moment Sonny was on. I hope he had a great birthday.
I'm like 'ol Jesse. I wouldn't leave if they gave me a billion. I bought my property in 1979, the first year Dukes came out and it is just as much a part of me as my arms and legs are.
Possum on a gumbush! Our favorite diptick deputy has another birthday tomorrow. (Aug 28) Happy birthday Enos. You are one of a kind and we wish you the best Hazzard County birthday ever!
When I bought my property in 1979 I did have a goat to clean the weeds out. His name was Nelson. I sold him to a guy up the road named Virgil who ate him. Virgil would eat anything. My yard takes 4 hours to mow with a push mower and another hour if I do all my trails.
Still no word from Hobie? Come on cousin. You're starting to worry us. Last I heard on the news 24 dead and 30 missing.
I know what you mean about the heat Spike. I'm glad I don't have roof work. I mowed today.....with a push mower. We have a big yard but I've never owned a riding mower. We also have a 150 driveway and I've never owned a snowblower....keeps me in shape.
I hope Hobie is okay. I heard Loretta Lynn is pretty upset because her long- time ranch foreman was killed in the floods. Last I heard 24 died and 30 were still missing. We just had a 2 year old girl drown the next county over. When she came up missing dogs followed her scent into a river. They found her body a mile downstream. I got a ton of yard work done today...pretty hot out.
I'm not a fan of the reunion movies but Hughie would have been the best choice. It would have made Boss's death just a little easier to take, knowing he would have approved of Hughie taking his place....even though Huggie drove him nuts.
Hey Skipper is it technological possible to post a link of this thread and post it on FB? A lot of Dukes fans would love it and it could bring more members to HN
Thanks for digging this old thread up a couple weeks ago Skipper. I really appreciate it. When I get more time tomorrow I'm going to go through it a little better.
