Dog Collar Challenge
Hey, I didn't start this topic of conversation, and certain black-clad individuals' minds have been far more in the gutter than mine. Seedy indeed... why I never. Well, figures you'd wanna siphon off us Dukes, Coltrane. Family feuds and all that. We just get too much in y'all's hair when y'all are tryin' your hardest not to be respectable.

Dog Collar Challenge
Boy howdy, disappear for a little and this thing gets even more out of control! LOL, all fun though. Skinny dip challenge... hm... as a topic, or a dare? *playful smirk*

Reality? What's reality? Reality is all in your point of view anyway...

Idea for MaryAnne and Brian
That... was a long time ago. *chuckling...*

Hazzard Heaven
There are so many heartwarming moments, especially in the last couple seasons, that it's impossible to choose... though one of my favorites is from earlier in the series, the scene at the end of Santa Claus Chase. It's hard to explain, "cute" doesn't even describe that scene... more "real". It's one of the moments in the series that I can feel.

*leaning back against a wall, laughing* Oh that's good... those are rich... *applauding, trying to catch breath*

Dog Collar Challenge
*staying out of the way, arms folded, but an eyebrow cocked upward... watching with a sardonic expression* It'd seem to me that the "Sheriff" here has a slight problem with holdin' his temper.

The Dukes falling in love
He mellowed as he matured, that was for sure. Still a quirky, teasing sense of humor, but... gentler about it. And more thoughtful about people. He was kinda a jerk in most of the first season, I admit it.

The Dukes falling in love
I'd have to watch that one again, but I think that was more a case of attraction and fun than love. But I'd have to watch it again.

Dukes and Horses
John is always hyper. But in a good way. *chuckle* It's just him.

Luke's Middle Name
When it's one of the first two or three busy Hazzard writers that were ever out there on the Net... and they're prolific... apparently indeed it can. Man, remembering being there for that makes it feel so long ago... yikes!

Idea for MaryAnne and Brian

Hello
Howdy, nice to meet you. *smiling* Welcome... pardon the occasional insanity, there are sane topics as well - unless of course you like insanity! LOL! But really, always glad to have you along.

Dog Collar Challenge
Did y'all know you're crazy? *laughing though* Alex in a bikini... GAH that's a bad image. As for the one Brian painted... um... I'll keep my mouth shut. Heh...

The dixie horn
I wonder who made the original ones... for the series I mean. And wherever John got his. I heard that car's horn once and it was very very close to the show.

The Dukes falling in love
Candy Dix, I think, was the only real deep love Luke had in the series, and part of that was in the past... he'd actually wanted to propose to her, he admitted, but never got up the nerve. He was falling for the girl in the "Love Story" episode... but mostly he doesn't seem to get emotionally close as easily as Bo does. Bo wears his heart on his sleeve... not that that's a bad thing. It's cute on him. *gentle smirking smile*

Dukes and Horses
There's quite a few episodes with the Dukes on horseback. Like The Rustlers which was about a horse, or Big Brothers Duke which had a great, if not lengthy, horseback chase scene in it. Probably my favorite equine scene in the series actually - realistic prelude, then the green colt that goes half-bucking out of the yard and the rock-pitching, full-out, tight-cornered gallop that the boys take off with... plus splashing through a stream, jumping things, etc...

Dukes and Horses
Actually, they both ride pretty well. But if you want to get technical, John is the "better" rider - more precise. You can tell he actually took lessons. Tom is good in a different way; he's so relaxed on a horse that he can almost look a little sloppy, yet stick on like glue almost no matter what. You can see a childhood on horseback there... Again, they're both good. Just different. Heck, anyone who can double-ride bareback, with only a halter, and jump a fence doing it is very good! If you don't think so, just try riding bareback at all!

Space...the Hazzardous Frontier...

Luke's Middle Name
Bo's middle name being James came from fanfic, one of the earliest writers in fact, Crazy C. A lot of people have picked it up since then. I didn't know people were using Keith for Luke's middle name much though! That was also a semi-early fanfic-writer creation (mine actually, heh). But I didn't know anyone else had picked it up. I've seen people try lots of middle names for Luke. For some reason, James for Bo has become nearly fanon.

Anybody else ever wonder?
I believe he was injured in Capitol City, not Atlanta, which is about an hour or a bit less from Hazzard. In Hatchapie County I believe... or Chickasaw. Not sure which. But definitely not Atlanta; they only went to Atlanta a couple times in the whole series. They were always in Capitol City. It was the nearest real city. BTW I think Tri-County is in Capitol City. Same place.

Why does Tom have a beef against them ?
There was something, I recall, though not in detail. And I don't believe it was entirely based on the other two taking his and John's place... also personal, I believe. But details are lacking and probably better left that way. Everyone's human, on all sides of an argument. Live and let live.
