  1. Hey Everyone! Just wanted to say hello! I have been watching DOH since I was a little boy in the 80's . I have been reading this page for many years but finally wanted to join. I successfully taped every show while it was broadcast on the Nashville Network. It was all on vhs tape. I spend a lot of time buying old cars and lunch boxes to decorate my radio room. I currently hold a ametuer radio licence and spend a lot of time on the radio talking with friends locally and all over USA. I always make sure to mention that I got started in radio due to the DOH. I currently own 2 CB radios that were the type used in the General Lee. I have made a Youtube video of those radios. I keep them just for decorative purposes. Anyway, been wanting to decorate my radio room like JD's Boars Nest office. I need green lights, a English Bulldog statue, swordfish, pictures of dogs playing pool, retro wood paneling a Barbour chair and so on.... Lol. If u know where to get any cool props, please let me know. Also, i was thinking about getting a glass case to put some of my memorabilia. I hate just knowing that it is sitting in boxes... Tnx everyone for making this a great page..

  2. It's pretty much the same in Ireland. There are/were only a couple of model stores, but all of my Dukes cars came from the US. Luckily, I was able to buy most of my collection when the exchange rate was much better, and the post office only caught me for duty (import tax) on a couple of them!

  3. In France, nothing has ever been done around "Dukes of Hazzard", so since the internet advent of Autoworld and Greenlight or Neo, I built my collection ... What costs me dearly are the shipping costs by plane because my collection comes from the US (one vehicle scale 1/43 , 25€ shipping, one vehicle 1/18, 45€ shipping) ... Because in France no store distributes them ... There is only one Belgian site, but it does not have them all ... So what already existed for you in the US was not valid for us in France, which is a shame for the French Fans of this series, because we missed a large part of the Dukes of Hazzard collection (old collections now are overpriced) ... So I'm trying to catch up now, lol . Since my 8 years I am a Dukes of Hazzard fan, now, I have 43 ... It is only 1 year since I can realize my dream of owning the cars of my cult series, so I do not look at the expense, I all want. My dream is slowly taking shape. Tomorrow I get the Uncle Jesse Ford F-100 , I'm so happy.

  5. Don't you mean chase them down? Never mind. Hazzard Patrol cars are supposed to chase us, not the other way around.

  6. Welcome to HazzardNet. I hope you'll be posting some pictures when you get settled in. Regarding the props, another HNet member managed to track down replicas of many of the items in Cooter's Garage on ebay. It'll probably be a slow process, but I guess you already know that!

  7. That's a nice model of Jesse's truck! On the show when they gave a description of a car they would describe it as a blue sedan or a red truck or something generic instead of using the cars actual names.

  8. Here's my version of the Hazzard County Gospel Church sign. The screen grab is from 'Enos's Last Chance', but the sign can be seen in other episodes. Original:
