A friend of mine is a Duke's hazard historian type person and she told me she picked up and research. The reason it didn't happen is because of all the issues going on with the writers and the casting problems so they only had him in that one episode?

Noticed that more of the back end had to be totally redone. Fenders are totally curved, as the tail lights are not embedded in the structure. So, they have to be totally altered. Also the panel below the engine door, has to be totally flat and not contoured.
I am sorry to let y'all down, but Cale Yarborough was before my time and way before I got into NASCAR. I didn't get into NASCAR until the Dukes were on TNN and it was Jeff Gordon who roped me in. So yeah...he will always be my all time favorite. HA .
I disagree. If you remember in the first season, I believe it was episode 7, the real car to beat General Lee in an overland car race was a Mustang driven by a woman by the name of Amy Creevy the car number was 13 and the name of the car was Lucifer.
