    So I ended up keeping one of the feeders and 2 of the shepherd hooks at home. We'll see what happens next week if they want to push the issue. I think instead of punishing everyone they should just let that one whiney baby out of her lease so she can go cry somewhere else. If I ever run into her on the property I'm going to give her a peice of my mind. Another thing in the note is "only minimal decorations allowed. No multi colored lights allowed only single colored solar lights," so basically no more putting Christmas lights up . Come Christmas time this is going to be a depressing looking complex, there's at least one person in every building that puts up lights and other Christmas decorations outside.
