I now know the dates for the Expedite trucking show at the Roberts Center outside of Wilmington, Ohio. Its the 27 and 28 of July. It's fun. So many old trucks and you might find something that ya never knew about or seen. I know that I'm goin.

I lost my stupid job today. My boss got fired so that means I got fired from my job too. This stinks!! I'm so sick of this. When are things going to start getting better?

Sorry that I haven't been in awhile. But at the end of Jan I lost my best friend and one I have loved for most of my life. It has shooked my world a part. Know i'm trying to figure out to live with out him.

This may sound like a dumb question, but I was wondering. This question came to mind when I heard about VHS tapes sitting around and not being used for alongtime, they loose there color (the color in the film). I know computer files are different then VHS tapes. But, I have a lot of movies I have downloaded. I have them for over a year and I don't watch them all all the time of corse, but,in overtime, will anything happen to them, like lose their quality or not work? I have over almost 200 movies, plus I have TV shows downloaded bt stored on another computer becuase my EHDD (External Hard Drive) is broke. So they'll be there for a longtime. Hey y'all, Just thought some of you might be interested in knowing there is a virus going around that is particularly devistating. At least 3 people I know of in the past 2 months have caught the computer virus (I say virus because of the way it affects the computer). I do not know the name. I am one of those 3 people. As said before, this virus is devistating. When your computer contracts it, when you go to boot the computer, it boots half way and then has to reboot again, and the cycle just repeats itself. Your computer will not boot up and has to have windows reinstalled. Please, make sure you have a copy of your recovery disc (most computers for XP comes with one) or…

Just curious...does anybody know of anyone who has given up the internet (non-work related) for Lent? I'm wondering, because our volumes are down a little bit over the past week, here at the flagship site and also the FB page. Looks like some other Dukes pages have tapered off too. At work my supervisor Kevin and his Manager wife Jackie and waiting for there first bundle of joy to come and everybody at work seems to think that March 17th would be a perfect day for him or her to debut. Well Jackie is a fanatic for St. Patrick's Day now and that would be so cute now, and well I think today would be even better being my father's birthday and another Manager Victoria's mother's birthday as well.

Yesterday, USA Today did a story about the skyrocketing popularity of reality shows based on rednecks. Some of the shows they mentioned were "Swamp People", "Hillbilly Handfishin'" and "Bayou Billionaires". They mentioned others but you get the idea. I'm thrilled with these new shows. I've seen some of them and I'm excited that they are so popular now. There's always going to be a few people who watch these shows to make fun of the rednecks but I'll agree with the author of the story (Carol Memmott) that the vast majority of viewers like these shows because the people on them are so real, unique and authentic.
