Howdy Y'all! Well I was wonderin if anyone was interested in football? Since tomorrow is the Super Bowl...GO STEELERS!!! anyways I was wonderin if y'all are goin to watch it...if ya are rather you are goin to watch it fer the actual game or for the commercials? Who do you want to win of the two teams? Or don't you like either? Are you gonna have a super bowl party? As y'all know, I'm not from the US, but I'm aware that a lot of you are. Since I've been on HNet I've made a conscious effort to try to spell words the American way (when I remember there's a difference) - I just thought it would make things easier. George Bernard Shaw said "England and America are two countries separated by a common language.". We have trousers and pavements, y'all have pants and sidewalks (although trousers are called pants here in Ireland), but sometimes we even spell common words differently. Today, I did something I never tried before and that was I took the ASVAB test and I got 25 percent now Sargent Simons says this was good seeing how you need a 31 to qualify for the Military and according to this piece of paper my scores were strong for Army/Navy or Coast Guard.I can study for the test and take it again in thirty days I see what I can do.

And I mean kinda. Being told that you are laid off is not a good feeling... A feeling of failure. Even though I know that in this circumstance they were the idiots not me. As some of you know I have been looking for another job for the last year because the new boss made my life miserable. I've been searching for a classic bicycle for a while now,and whilst cycling home last night I saw one in a dumpster. I went up to the house and offered them €5 for it,and went off to take it out and bring it home. Today I got my first proper look at it... All i can say is this beautiful pre 1970's ladies racer had been ruined by presumably a drunk ape with a can of white spraypaint. They didn't bother to tape off any areas,they just sprayed any available spot. I was watching Fox News this morning and Charlie Daniels came on. Shortly after he left Phil Robertson showed up in the same studio. I couldn't believe it. Two of my three heroes together. I wonder if they got their picture taken together backstage. If only Uncle Jesse would have walked in.

You're half right. Lalo Schifrin composed the theme music for season 1 of Starsky and Hutch. The more familiar 'Gotcha' theme used for season 2 was written by Tom Scott. A reworked version was also used on season 4. The video below is a cool cover by British jazz funk group the James Taylor Quartet. The season 3 theme was written by Mark Snow. All three of these composers also scored several episode, as did Alan Silvestri who wrote a lot of the music for 'CHiPs' (and many movies including 'Back to the Future').

I was just thinking about all these books I like and thought, "What books do other people like?" So I'm asking. I'll say that my favorite so far is the Wake Trilogy by Lisa McMann. But I have others.

I'm back now. I completely missed this place. My life changed a lot while I've been gone, and I've gone through a lot of changes myself. I'm almost at the end of my junior year in high school and I'm 16 now! I remember I signed up here at like 13! Seems so long ago. I watched it again, giving it another go, and still, I found it ok, but was quite bored with it.The first time I watched, I was kinda of disgusted about J.R. drinking /driving racing, of course that was before I found out it wasn't really liquor in the whiskey bottle. Okay, today in my 4th period English class, we got to the subject of Homecoming For this years Freshman class float, our theme is the Dukes Of Hazzard! No kidding, it is, since this years theme was "A Day In A TV Show" My English teacher came up with the Dukes of Hazzard and everyone agreed The float will be decorated like the General Lee and were gonna dress up like the characters. Me= Daisy Duke lol the other parts we haven't figured out yet except we got Bo and Luke too Any additional ideas you can give me?

I now know the dates for the Expedite trucking show at the Roberts Center outside of Wilmington, Ohio. Its the 27 and 28 of July. It's fun. So many old trucks and you might find something that ya never knew about or seen. I know that I'm goin.

I'm not sure if anyone has heard this yet but David Carradine past away some time late last night/ early this morning. It deeply sadden me that lost a great actor. I loved watching him play Kwai Chang Caine, in Kung Fu and "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues. He will truely be missed!!

Today, I found out that my Great-Aunt Dorothy was died at the age of 88 and she was also my Godmother but she was like a Grandmother because her younger sister was my Grandmother. And she died in 1947 so she kind of inherited her three kids and her grandkids and great-grandkids as well. I will wear my new blue dress to her funeral seeing how her favorite color was blue.
