I recently got for nuthing a cd of there's and it has a familier to most country music fans song called "Silver Threads and Golden Needles" and I think Lynn Anderson recorded this song but I'm not sure right now. The one song I like one their is called "Hair".

Ok, so I am just curious...does anybody out there play any instruments? In a band? I'll start the musical ball rolling: Yes I do. I play keyboards and sing on stage every week in our church worship team. I also play guitar (I have an acoustic but do much better with electric) So what about you? I gotta go...practice in 8 hours...I need sleep...

This song is by The Notorious Cherry Bombs it had Rodney Crowell and Vince Gill singing with them it came out in 2004.

For a While every morning when I ride into work with my brother the classic rock station he likes play this song about 4:30 or so in the morning here's a line from it "Now Your Messin With a Real Son of *****" I don't know who sings it or the title of the song. Somebody please help me out with this right here.

I was surfing the channels on tv yesterday and something caught my eye they previewing a interview with Charlie Daniels. Well, I stuck around and watched and he is very regilous and he is also a collecter of signs he has a Tanks Crossing sign and some other ones as well. They said that Elvis Presley recorded one his songs that he wrote I can't remember title right now thow.

Christmas Eve I got a gift card for Target in the exchange at work and about less than two hours later I was there and bought Duets for my Reba Collection.

I may or may not have posted a previous topic about this band. Some friends of mine since 93/94 time period. They are in a band called PUMPJACK (reference to oil related equipment as most of yall prolly know). They have songs that any Dukes of Hazzard fan could dig and groove on. I would highly advise anyone, and everyone please do take a moment and give them a listen. It is a mix of southern-rock with a dash of metal. They do have some acoustic tunes though... they have lyrics that anyone here could prolly get into if they gave it a chance. Hey so i've been listening to music by Elizabeth Wills and i have to admit that i like it. I think her album, Fly, is good especially her song Sweet which I really like. Has anyone ever heard of her? My brother bought War's Greatest Hits cd and it has "Lowrider" and "Whose's Caddilac" Is That along with "Living In THe Red."

Has anyone heard songs from this brand new album or bought it? I just got it over the weekend and I'm telling you it's awesome. If you love The Eagles you won't be disappointed. When I first heard the songs many of them fit like they could be songs in Hazzard. The music has just enough edge and just enough twang to give you that feel of soft mellow classic rock or soft rock country. On top of that mix feel, they almost seem a little folk musicish. However, it really doesn't matter what you classify it as... it just rocks! My favorite songs on this album are How Long, Busy Being Fabulous, Waiting in the Weeds, Do Something, Long Road Out of Eden, I Love to Watch a Woman …
