Dukes of Hazzard Movies

I am the new owner of the #1RDV General Lee from the movie starring Jessica Simpson. What I am looking for are photos of this car being used during the production. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. It is currently painted in the pre-Cooter paint scheme with the RDV (remote drive vehicle) equipment on the roof, but was originally standard General Lee #13 Post-Cooter. I think I might of made sence of why the director brought so much filth into Hazzard county IT IS NOT MEANT FOR US Put your self in the directors shoes. Your strictly making this movie for the money. You basicly have two target audiances 1 Dukes Fans. 2 Super Trupers/ Broken Lizard American Pie Jacka** Fans. Is this ture. On the Dukefest part of this forum it said they have just gone back to the set where they shot this film and re-shot some more stuff for this movie and on the CTM forum it said they have re-shot some more stuff for this movie but in Hollywood on the set they used for the tv show. I know that alot of films have to have bits re-shot after they have finished shooting. Can someone tell me please what is going on.?

my idea is that this movie should be more of a mesh of the first 2 episodes of the show, and the movie that this show was inspired by, i tink it was called the moonshiners or moon shine runners, something like that.

Was anybody else here mad at just how few songs actually wound up on the Dukes movie soundtrack? If it'd had If You Want Blood on it, I'd've bought it. Yeah, I know there could be licensing issues, but that few a songs on it just chapped my hide. Maybe WB could issue a volume 2...

I just found on (VZW Tones) get it now stuff for ringtones, they have where you can download the sgae 9 version of the dukes of hazzard theme as your ringtone. I just downloaded it and it sounds great!!! just figured i would let yall know.

Just found out on another site that Cletus is in this movie. I looked at the cast list and it has him there forget who the actor playing him is. Is this true or not?

I was just going through some old Hot Rod magizines and remeberd the one with the starsky and hutch terreto on the cover from the movie I wondered If Hot Rod would do a cover page article based on the General Lee and other cars / stunts in the movie. It would be a great promotion for the movie. Im shure the editors wouldn't heasitate to do a cover page article if they had the chance

For what it is worth; I was in New Orleans, LA about 2 weeks ago, and I was privledged enough to witness a couple of stunt scenes for the new movie. Now I only got to see a few stunt actors, and a drifter that was also featured on Rides, Rhys Millen. P.S. The "Xtreme Lee" is kind of a bunk car. We all know that the casting director could have done a better job with a list of names, a blindfold, and a dart, but I would imagine that most people here are planning on buying the Season 3 DVD set, which comes with a free ticket to the movie. But make sure that you buy it before the movie comes out, those "free tickets" are usually only valid during opening week. That way, we can complain about the apparent flaws in the upcoming movie and still not have to hear "just give it a chance." When this movie started to film back in November 04. Alot of people on this web site said this film would be crap and that it would be a big flop at the cinema this summer. Now that they have seen the trailer they have said this film will be great. Who can you tell if you have not seen this film.
