I just got Hazzard in Hollywood and the dukes Reunion movie two disc dvd for my birthday today i'm stoked even if the party is completely boring.

Hi everyone! Im a big Dukes Of Hazzard fan, and recently I have been playing Rigs Of Rods (http://rigsofrods.blogspot.com/) For the game there is a General Lee (hooray). It is modelled off a Dodge Challenger though, so I have been altering it to make it look a bit more authentic. It is the wrong shape, but I just want to capture the spirit of the car. It recently occured to me that I posted this message on the fan fiction general discussion (There are WAY to many bleeping "general discussion" boards on this server) and I think I didn't find the answer cause I'm on the wrong board... So heres my original message.... Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone knows which episode a certain stunt is in... The stunt involves the General Lee doing a huge jump over a train thats carrying cargo things, and Roscoe also attempts the jump but ends up on his roof.... After that he ends up getting out of the car and kicking the tire/saying something Roscoe-ish... If anyone can tell me which episode thats from I'd appreciate it!

I was listening to some of John's music (mostly his older stuff, I don't really vibe wife his newer stuff) and I thought that it would be a wonderful idea to add it to my record collection but wanted to ask you guys two things A: is it even worth it? Since I have the 1997 reunion on tape, I currently don't have Hazzard in Hollywood on tape, this is my chance! The last time Hazzard in Hollywood was on in 2000, my VCR didn't seem to want to record it, so I was disappointed. Here's my chance and my fellow Canadian's chances to get it on tape. CMT Canada is airing the two-hour movie on Sunday, January 23, at 9 p.m. EST and repeating at 12 a.m. and 3 a.m. EST on January 24. I do hope that once the remaining seasons of the Dukes are put on DVD that they plan to release the two reunion movies on DVD as well. That would be perfect!

I would like to share my pic's with other fans who either didn't know or could not go due to some other previous engaement. Hey, had a great time, Cooters Place was a blast. We got there and Cletus was there. He was pretty cool, the place was just great. I got his autograph and talked to him for a while. I sat in the general and got my picture taken. I took some pictures of all of his cars he had,but it was raining alittle so i dont know if they turned out or not, i will try to find out tonight. It was getting pretty crowded so we had to get out of there.

Reading through various fanfic sites it seems clear that many stories like to depend on the same old cliches which (to me) make them extremely boring. Many times while reading I'd love to just shout, "Show some originality people!" LOL! Anyway, I figured that maybe a thread devoted to listing some of these general cliches that over-run our fandom and perhaps discuss the reasons why those cliches are over-used.
